It does its job
It helped reduce my callaces when doing workouts espically weights. It didn't help too much on my wrist as I eventually got injured with wrist curls and tricep extension, but it could be that it was to tight. Not sure. But I recommend this product.

Great purchase!
I bought these weight lifting gloves for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves them! He said it's the best pair he's ever owned so that says a lot! And for the price--you just can't beat the value! :)
