This is by far one of the best tasting supplement powder shakes. I like vanilla and this tastes like a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. You have to adjust liquid to powder mix to your liking. Looking at ingredients, it's everything you should like and nothing you shouldn't have. My order came with expiration date of June 2026. It is not old stock, it's fresh and for a good value.

The only protein I seem to easily mix the taste with anything or by itself! It's not a strong vanilla or too sweet of a taste like most vanilla protein mixtures. I love this brand and this protein powder! Servings can actually a little over a month, depending on your own intake. Highly recommend it for lean muscle build and meal replacements!

This is a great protein product. The taste is a little grainy, but when mixed with other foods or drinks, the flavor is fine.

I chose this product because it was free of ingredients I didn't want, and it is NSF certified. It is smooth and not gritty. It blends well. All is great except the vanilla flavor is too intense. It's so strong that it tastes fake. I can't get used to it. I'm going to buy an unflavored protein powder to blend into this one to try to cut the intense vanilla flavor. I think that will work, but it's too bad that this otherwise ideal product just went too far with the vanilla.

This is a great protein supplement for the money. Not my favourite taste of all time, as the taste is pretty strong. The smoothies tend to always have that similar taste to them even though I change the ingredients around. But overall it remains a go to for me because I trust the ingredients used in them, it is NSF certified, which is great for an athlete like myself who has to be careful with doping control at competitions. Biosteel is a Canadian brand on top of that so that is always a bonus for me.

I've been searching for the perfect protein powder for a long time. I have chronic inflammation in my body (gut, joints, PCOS) so I do my best to avoid huge insulin spikes from sugar, refined carbs and protein powders that often cause huge flare ups in symptoms. This is the ONLY brand I've found thus far that causes NO issues for me. It mixes well in my pre-workout shakes (some brands barely mix at all while others poof everywhere like powdered sugar), tastes great (doesn't have that overpowering artificial vanilla scent and flavour that's like a punch in the face) and most importantly, doesn't instigate any painful symptoms. Even if you don't have chronic inflammation, it can develop later in life the more you spike your insulin - so use my situation as a cautionary tale: trying to prevent it is much easier than trying to manage it once it's already happened.

Voici ma recette rapide : 1 scoop de gruau 1 scoop de whey 1 banane 1 scoop de fraises congelées Lait au goût Seul petit bémol : on peut trouver des options similaires un peu moins chères pour une qualité équivalente. Cela dit, si le goût est important pour vous, celle-ci est un excellent choix.

I have a sensitive stomach, and I find this to be too harsh for first thing in the morning. Could be the whey, I find pea protein much easier to digest. I suggest trying a small batch of this before committing to full size.

A personal preference but I did not like the flavoured versions and I quickly switched to plain powder .
