Great tasting protein. I'm getting the results I want from it and as a type 2 diabetic it personally doesn't effect my blood sugar. I will definitely keep on buying it!!!!

I would drink this after a morning workout for a protein boost. Although the sweetener has a bit of a cloying aftertaste, the flavor is not bad overall, and I'd rate it the same as the vanilla-peanut butter flavor I also tried. This product is hard to mix with just a spoon; I still had several lumps when I finally drank it after mixing quite a while. I find this to be a problem with most (but not all) whey isolate protein mixes. Better to use a shaker or blender with this one.

I put cinnamon, sugar free jello vanilla pudding mix, and my collogan in it and ice, and water to make a great shake.

Tastes great, mixes very well. Best protein I have used in a while.

The container was only half full. No need for that big of jar, difficult to store if only starts out half full

I’ve now tried all flavors of VMI SPORTS PROTOLYTE Whey Isolate powder and have found that the taste and texture qualities differ from each other. The chocolate peanut butter has good flavoring, but isn’t as thick as my favorite (peanut butter cookies and creme). WHAT IT IS Whey isolate (also called Iso-whey) is a protein that has been through a more-refined processing method which yields a higher protein count. Whey isolate also results in a lower carb count and lower lactose levels. 1 serving (1 scoop) of this protein yields <1g fat, 1g carbs and 24g protein. The ingredients are rather minimal for a protein powder: whey isolate, peanut and cocoa powder, sucralose, Xanthan gum and enzyme blend. TEXTURE AND FLAVOR Considering the minimal ingredients used for this protein powder, I am quite impressed with the flavor. While my favorite VMI Sports protein is the somewhat odd vanilla peanut butter, I found the chocolate peanut butter flavor to be pretty good. A little on the sweet side, I did not find the flavoring over-the-top, like their chocolate fudge cookie (which I found to be overly sweet). The consistency of this powder was not as thick as the peanut butter cookies and creme, but thicker than the vanilla cake batter (foamy) and the chocolate fudge cookie (quite thin). I generally mix my protein powder with fat free Fairlife milk for added protein (an a milkshake-like consistency), but this powder mixes well in water. I find VMI SPORTS isolate whey protein to be a step above most popular protein powders which add more ingredients (like maltodextrin) for flavoring purposes, yet they do not taste as good as the VMI Sports protein. I believe this is one of the better overall protein powders out there at this time in terms of flavor, ingredients and nutritional yield.
