Great product! Directions on how to get grains active after shipping was extremely helpful. My grains have multiplied by about 8x and are very healthy! I have recommended this product t to several friends and would buy again in a heartbeat!

Robust kefir grains in my opinion but I am a novice in making kefir. I use the e grains daily and the resulting kefir is delicious and done within 24 hours. Started with splitting the grains into two batches and adding one cup milk to each. Now testing two and three cups milk each time to see if it gives the same results. Overall I’m super happy with the kefir grains.

I found the instructions a bit hard to follow. After several trys, I gave up. Perhaps it was just me. I will try again, but use a YouTube video or 2 to guide me. This is a learning curve thing.

Was able to make kefir but the grains gave me very yeast flavored kefir.

What I received was such a small quantity but WOW! They fermented my soy (with a little maple syrup) milk crazy fast and I just made some of the creamiest keifered soy milk that I’ve ever had! They have already doubled in size too.

I am very happy with my purchase! When the grains arrive, they don't look like much but trust me they work. I followed the included instructions and have been making fresh Kefir daily. Much better than store bought. The grains have already started to multiply.
