CASIO Men's W-218H

I normally wear G-Shocks, but decided I needed a watch for work. I have had Casio watches before (other than my G-Shocks) and they have always worked without issue. This model looks like a G-Shock. It has a rugged look. It's obviously not the same indestructible build quality of a G-Shock, but it's well put together and looks smart. Although it looks chunky, it's actually a great size. It's easy to read during the day and there is a light which is perfectly fine. It's NOT the illuminator backlight you see on other Casio watches, but the side light still does a perfectly fine job. Other things worth mentioning: it only shows the day of the month (not the date, month or year). It has a stopwatch and an alarm and it's water resistant to 50 meters. If you're looking for a smart (G Shock) looking timepiece for a nice low price, this is the closest thing you can get. Fantastic product.

Bought for work, great watch and very cheap for good quality and very durable

I needed a watch for the farm. I did a lot of research and came up with this:- Pros: • Trusted brand (I have several) • Budget priced ( but more than cheaper brands that look flashier). Great value !!! • Water proof for bad weather and comfortable synthetic strap. (I am a diver but would not use anything but a real dive watch for underwater use) • Big digital display + back light (easy to see) + lightweight and low profile • Simple controls with day, month, one timer and one stop watch –easy to set up Cons: • It is not a glamorous/trendy watch (I have such watches already. Watch out for cheaper watches that look expensive/military/tactical – see the feedbacks about reliability/leaking/etc.) • A green wristband would have been nice • No countdown function UPDATE: A very simple practical work-a-day watch. Easy to read and reasonably rugged. No countdown function remains the main negative.

Brilliant watch, perfect for my son joining the army. Hes been using it now everyday for the past 8 months and never had any issues

The Casio W-218 H in black, does every thing I need from a digital watch as follows;- 1. Fairly chunky strong build , not overly big and not small , easily readable. 2. Alarm is ok, but in a deep or normal sleep, will not necessarily wake the wearer, the visible LED hold down back light, in amber is good at night to view, all functions easy to adjust and set up. 3. The longer soft and durable strap is comfortable, fits nicely, my 7 1/2 " wrist 4. Not far off a G Shock for looks and basic performance 5. Good price on offer from Amazon , shipped quickly . 6. Accurate time keeping as Casio quality. 7 Long battery life to 7 years, depending on alarm and night light use. 8. Water resistant to 50 metres ( not tried this out yet ) Overall, I would rate this Casio as a worth while buy for the price point

For the price this is a great little watch, I have previously had two G shocks which were just too complicated to set. This one tells the time, has a stopwatch and alarm combined with a back light and that's it. It's easy to set and has that G shock look. The strap is fine and looks quite good too. I gladly recommend this no nonsense watch

My favourite Watch, I own several G Shocks , easy read and easy press buttons, the strap is longer meaning it's better on mens wrists, the black and green has a military feel, I use this for work in Renewable energy Wind turbine sector . . .its tough yet quite light . . . I thought it might be a bit cheap but No I was pleasantly surprised . . .easy to live with a simple display that works ......No regrets buying this watch . . . It's a Bargain . . swapped the straps around, Grey watch & Orange strap, Blue watch & grey strap, Green watch & blue strap . .

Orjinal casio. Sol üst düğmeye beş saniye basılı tutunca casio yazısı çıkıyor. Saat ve tarih ayarını kolaylıkla yaptım kafa karıştıran bir şey yok. Işığı gayet güçlü. Ekranı net okunaklı. Tasarım biraz g-shockları andırıyor gayet güzel duruyor. Akıllı saatleri devamlı şarj etmek gerektiğinden mesafeliyim bunun pili en az beş sene gider bittiğinde kendim bile değiştirebilirim o yönden çok avantajlı ömürlük.
