Sturdy, safe and amazing scooter
My 11 yr old daughter has been asking for a electric scooter. This scooter is awesome, comfortable and the speed for this scooter is perfect, fast but not to fast especially for kids. It has a basket in the back to hold your things and also an additional basket that you can take off that is by your feet. She rides it's everyday and the charge holds well. The design of this scooter is nice, it has a nice comfortable seat and very easy to drive it, it's very stable especially when my daughter and granddaughter ride it together. If you're looking for a scooter that is durable, great in price and holds a good charge definitely buy this one. She rides this scooter while I walk out dog. Uphills, downhill it does it all. Side note. I took this to the park for my daughter's 11th birthday and it lasted 4 hours. It finally died when we were getting ready to leave.

Awesome Scooter!
Absolutely love this scooter. Has a nice comfy seat. It’s compact and would be easy enough to put in the back of a SUV or truck. Lightweight for the size and durability. You can also fold the scooter to make it more compact if traveling with it. Very easy to use for all my kids ages 6-10 but still sturdy and strong for an adult. I can ride it with one of my younger kids standing in front. They absolutely love the rides around the block. Great quality. It has a headlight in the front that works really good and break light in the back. Has some great power too! I think the scooter is a great price for the quality!

We love this scooter! It works great to carry everything we need and get us places conferrable and safely. Battery last really good too, easy to pack in the horse trailer and use to move around horse shows!

Safe stylish and reliable
I I can't recommend this scooter enough! It has truly transformed my daily life in the best way possible. The assembly was a breeze, allowing me to get started quickly. One of the standout features is the two baskets; they’re incredibly handy, especially if you have pets. Comfort is a major plus—it's easy to maneuver and feels safe while riding. As someone who struggles with anxiety and doesn’t drive, this scooter has opened up a world of independence for me. I can avoid public transportation and save money, all while getting to the places I need to go. The battery life is impressive; I've only needed to charge it twice in the two weeks I've had it, which is fantastic. The vibrant color of the scooter is also a nice touch—it’s visually appealing and makes each ride enjoyable. The tires are designed for easy manipulation, aided by a double suspension system that ensures a smooth ride. The brakes provide additional safety, giving me peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend this scooter for anyone looking for a reliable and stylish mode of transportation. It’s perfect for those who want to enhance their mobility while feeling safe and comfortable!

Pretty good for what ya get, but not amazing...
I was looking for a low to mid range scooter to perform simple errands and stuff on nice days. I didn't need it to go fast or particularly far. I was hoping for 15 mph and 10+ miles. I looked at various models and just didn't see anything that tripped my trigger. Largely on a whim I bought this scooter due to the doggo in the basket in the ad. I have a doggo. This could be fun (and I didn't see similar baskets on other models). OK, so...... * The assembly directions were pretty heavy Engrish but thanks to the pictures I was able to get it put together without too much difficulty in about 15 minutes. * The doggo basket IS amazing. It took a few trips for her to wrap her mind around it, but these days Gwen loves going for rides (and taking her for joy rides is mostly what the scooter gets used for). * The top speed is fine at about 18 mph. But it takes two blocks to build up such a head of steam (acceleration is terrible!). It meets my specs, but only barely. Note: I weigh about 220 lbs. * Range is bad. I only get about 3-4 miles out of it before what little speed and power is has starts to drop off. I don't know what max range is, however, as I've not been brave enough to push it. I suppose it works for ONE errand in this small town, but you're certainly not going to be getting the 20 advertised miles out of it unless you're 90 pounds soaking wet. I mean, I didn't really expect to get the full 20, but I did expect 10. Alas! * The seat is REQUIRED. I see that there are slightly different models for sale on Amazon that are really nothing more than this scooter with the seat removed. Uh, that might work if you're 5' tall, but at 5'10" I know that standing on this thing and reaching down for the handle bars would not work. But hey, sitting down works fine. All in all? It's capable of doing most of what I wanted it to do. It would be nice if it had longer range but that's my only real complaint.

Great
We are extremely happy with this electric scooter! It’s easy to use, well-built, and rides very smoothly with great battery life. Definitely a 5-star purchase and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and reliable scooter. 🛴⭐️

Mixed Feelings – Design Flaws and Missing Parts
I had mixed feelings about this electric scooter. On the surface, it has some appealing features, especially the large middle basket, which seems like it would be very convenient for carrying items. However, once I received it and tried to set it up, several issues became apparent. First, the scooter itself felt much bigger and bulkier than expected. This made it harder to handle, store, and maneuver, especially if you’re limited on space or looking for something more compact. The size alone was already a concern, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the biggest issue. My unit arrived missing a piece, which immediately created problems during setup. On top of that, the area to add air to the tire was blocked, making it impossible to properly inflate the tire or perform basic maintenance. Because of this design flaw, you can’t easily fix a flat or even install or service the tire properly, which is a serious issue for a product meant to be used regularly. Between the missing part and the blocked access to the tire valve, the scooter wasn’t usable as intended. These aren’t minor inconveniences—they affect safety, functionality, and long-term reliability. Because of these problems, I ultimately had to return the scooter. Overall, while the idea behind this scooter is good and the basket could be useful, the execution fell short. The size, missing components, and design issues that prevent proper tire maintenance made it a poor fit for my needs. I wanted to like it, but the issues outweighed the benefits.

Good quality bike doesn't go as long range as advertised only about 6 miles one charge
This is a very durable and quality made bike it lasted me a little over a year and almost 2,000 miles before I forgot it was a scooter not a motorcycle and I hit the accelerator too hard and I snapped the throttle well I've had to replace the brakes a couple times and of course a back tire and front tire once but both of those were doable at home taking the throttle somewhere was just not convenient for me I would recommend this I purchased another one the exact same even though it was a couple of hundred dollars more expensive than other similar ones on the market I trust this brand now that I've taken it through rain sleet and snow also I have to say that their customer service is pretty good considering that they're responsive and you can even get a person on the phone if you go through the process and they will probably walk you through some things if you needed them to anyways I recommend this scooter it climbs Hills really well I put lots of weight in the basket and I I noticed that it only goes about 6 miles on one charge but it could also be the up and down Hills the steepness of the inclines and so on and so forth it definitely will reach 18 mph but she will definitely drain your battery a lot faster so I recommend the middle speed it also takes all day to charge well maybe I'm exaggerating about half a day so better have your charger if you can and charge it at your destination if you're going to be there for at least 4 hours
