Just a pleasant chew and you're done. As for effectiveness — they do the job. When my stomach starts acting up and things aren't moving the way they should, these get me back on track without any of the cramping or urgency you sometimes get with harsher stimulant laxatives. They don't taste great, but they're not disgusting. Gentle (usually over-night). I've had tummy issues my entire life (I'm in my 50s now), and nothing has ever worked. Every night, I take magnesium glycinate (a tablet) and one of these. It works WONDERS. Note: don't take 2 at once. I learned a lesson from that! hahah!

These do work but they are mild compared to the MiraLAX powder. I often need more than one and do take them regularly. Still, I really appreciate the convenience of not having to mix anything up. The powder form is definitely more cost effective though. They do taste good as well. They do not bother my stomach at all or cause bloating. Maybe a bit too mild but that could be good for some people depending on your level of constipation.

I never liked taking the MiraLAX powder, even though there was nothing wrong with it, I was never motivated enough to drink it. I found these, and I love them! These taste so good, that I get sad when I’ve eaten the recommended dosage. The texture isn’t gritty or anything. It legitimately tastes like candy. The consistency is perfect! I actually look forward to eating them! They are so easy to use, and now this is my go to, because it doesn’t matter work well, in a timely matter, and I’ve never had any kind of side effect from these. I highly recommend them! Once you have these, you’ll never go back to the powdered version again!

Nice flavors and easy to chew. Only seems to work if you drink a lot of water with it. But that is part of the directions.

While these soft chews deliver the desired results, be careful with the amount you consume all at once. I took just one and waited two hours before I had another. After another hour and a half with no response from my colon I took two more at once. Well when they finally kicked in and bore fruitful results I wasn't able to make it to the bathroom in a timely fashion. Be careful if you don't want to suffer through the same mess I came to regret. The package says they will work between one to six hours. Well, from the first one until the mishap was just about six hours.

So thankful for this product! It truly works. For several years constipation has been getting progressively worse, to the point where it can be 5 days and nothing, which then required 3-4 stimulant laxative pills and a lot of effort to get things moving. So, it was Big Trouble in Little China (yes I am that old). I rotated through the major brand fiber powders and ‘if’ one of them worked it was very minor. Tried F*b*rC*n tablets they seemed to work ‘ok’ but after a week back to the way it was. Gummies were no different. Then I saw commercial for this and holy smokes, this works. Read all a lot of the reviews regarding dosage and what worked. Started with 1 at night and 1 in the morning, 2nd evening still nothing so I took 2…next morning everything worked as it should (not much effort either). Made adjustments and am currently taking just one just before dinner. No waking up in the middle of the night…morning all is well. Been using for about a week, definitely recommend

I have a sensitive gut and cramp easily so was a little worried about these, but for me they were really gentle and much faster than the powder form that I've been using. Two in the morning helped some in a few hours, 1 before bed (I wasn't awakened) and 2 the next morning and the plumbing was entirely cleared. Don't you love that? I drank lots of water. Also no radical urgency - safe for work I'd say. They're like chalky gummies flavored with artificial fruit and soap but I really didn't mind much. I'm graciously not sharing a photo or video, no need to thank me.
