Works good but tastes like liquified burnt hair. Yeah tastes that bad

This has a very strong lavender smell to it. You can smell it before you even open the box. The percentage or Volume of the ingredients is not listed. The directions is in very small print. It is recommended not to exceed 1 ml a day. I was curious to try this out because capsules have you drink water with them, but with this being drops, I didn't think it'd be necessary to have it with fluids. Unfortunately after taking a drop I would start to belch from it after a couple of minutes and have to drink water. I didn't really notice any difference with my sleeping with taking these drops. I tried them for 3 days straight. Every night I unfortunately got the belching effect from them. I will probably go back to the capsules but maybe we'll use these drops on occasion, but would not order them again.

Didn't realize it was flavored before ordering.

I was intrigued by this mysterious little black bottle of sleep drops as I am a light sleeper. it's packaged in a slick box and has very little info about the amount of the ingredients, most melatonin products tell you how much is in it. not this one, it's a mystery! The other ingredients, chamomile, valerian root & lavender are very prominent - I mean in a way that I've never smelled or tasted before. it's an acquired taste, and my first try I was not sure I could muscle through. however, the taste started reminding me of flowers or maybe a unique candy, or the white part of an orange peel, sorta bitter, sorta floral...it's different, that's for sure! upon it setting in, about 15 minutes, I stated to feel a bit spacey and groggy. it was working and it was super effective! I laid down and while I usually scroll on my phone for a few minutes, it was not even interesting to do that. I hit the pillow and the next thing I knew, it was morning! I had slept all night, deep deep sleep with many dreams, and I was so refreshed in the morning. best night's sleep I've had in months! it's definitely worth getting and trying if you're a light sleeper. I actually enjoy the flavor and scent now, the effects are still strong and I am more pleasant during the day because of this product!

Getting better/more sleep has been my priority for the past two years. I've read several books on sleep and every article I run across, and using Fitbit to measure sleep has also been a big help. Nonetheless, I still have nights when falling asleep or staying asleep proves difficult. I've used this twice now. The first time half an hour before bed. Within that half hour I began yawning, and I fell asleep easily and slept for almost nine hours ... a rarity for me!! The second night I didn't take it until 1 a.m. when I simply couldn't relax enough to sleep. Sure enough, within the half hour I was sound asleep and got over seven hours of good sleep, with plenty of REM. To say the least, I'm amazed. I find the taste/texture a little off putting (oily), but not unpleasant, and I find that putting a dropper full in a few swallows of herbal tea works well. I love that it's all natural. I will be buying this again for sure. It really works!

Every now and then, my mind will start racing or my body will be in a weird state before bed where I just can't get to sleep. I had one of those nights recently and tried this DropFx Sleep to see how well it would work. The good news is that it definitely helped me to sleep! I started to get sleepy within 10 or 15 minutes, and I pretty much slept through the night for a full 8 hours. I did feel a bit groggy in the morning, though. Nothing severe, but I would avoid using this if I knew I needed to jump out of bed in a hurry the next morning. As others have noted, the taste is not excellent, but you don't necessarily need to hold it in your mouth. Just swallow and move on. My other reservation is that the bottle doesn't have many details about the AMOUNT of melatonin, valerian, and other active ingredients. Most sleep aids will tell you how much melatonin they contain, so it seems odd that DropFX doesn't include this information. Valerian is a fairly powerful herbal supplement too, so I'd like to know how much is in 1 dropper of this. (I checked the DropFX website, and the information isn't there either.) With a little more transparency about the active ingredients, I would rate this product even higher.

I didn't notice an impact on my sleep - that's not to say it won't work for you, it just wasn't effective for me. The liquid is also not the best tasting - I was using the dropper to shoot the liquid to the back of my mouth so I could swallow it with minimal taste.
