I looked all over for a large enough backpack for a 5th grader that can fit a large 3 ring binder and some small work books and lunch bag. Surprisingly many are too small and I did a lot of research to make sure I got one that would be large enough, this one (size large) fits perfectly. It has several pockets/zippers which is great for organizing and side pockets for water bottles. So far so good with the quality, but in terms of size and colors this was a great find. I would definitely recommend! I think this would work for older kids or travel as well. If you need a large size backpack that won't break the bank, look no further.

I got this for our middle school boy.. he didn’t say much about it. I got a different one his first year of high school. He needed a new one and when I asked what type he wanted, he asked for one like this from middle school! I was happy to see it still being sold on here so I bought him one for his sophomore year. The one he had before lasted 2 years pretty well. The backpack he had last year only lasted a year. So I think this one is made well and lasts. I would recommend!

My high schooler needed a bigger backpack to accommodate everything she needs for school. This does the job very well and she loves the purple cosmic pattern.

This bag is simply brilliant. After buying expensive branded bags we were fed up at spending somuch on bags that almost fell apart. With a school that doesnt house lockers , students must bring everything with them and carry it with them all day Heavy books and bags get thrown on floors and piled up on other students bags. This bag is big enough to pack books , a P.E kit and a packed lunch . I would recommend this bag to anyone!. Spacious a.d well made with padded straps and reflective strips for dark days. Fab and worth every penny and donated money to good causes, fab.

Arrived quickly and looks very good. However after a few weeks of use for school the straps both broke (the plastic bits that the straps attach to the bag with) one after the other. Still managing to use the bag by tying the straps to the material on the bag, but this is not ideal. I am too lazy to send it back so we will carry on like this. But be wary if using this for regular heavy carrying

One of the reasons I chose this bag is because I need a chest strap to prevent shoulder problems. OK it has one, but it's so low down as to be entirely useless unless you have a completely flat chest - it would have to do up across the fullest part of the bust and aside from the discomfort it is way too short. Also some zips do up one way and some the opposite way which is irritating. Shame at it's very pretty and seems sturdy enough but just hasn't been thought through.

At first glance this seemed a good quality rucksack for my son to use to go to school. After 2-3 weeks however the material has come away from the seam at the top of the bag beside the straps and is all frayed so not able to repair. For the price paid I expected it to last the whole academic year. Unfortunately by the time I had noticed return window was closed.The design was exactly what my son had been looking for so it’s a pity it’s not lasted. Good range of pockets to keep things separate.

I bought it twice. For a very good reason.One year later both are still robust and showing little wear , they are school bags used daily. I'd say size is secondary age, however 8 years old puts his coat in with book bag and bottle and manages ok. 13 year old packs a keyboard for pc.lunch, coat and bottle.Nice product
