For a Cereal that has Only 5 Sugars it’s really quite Delicious with Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk.Plus this Cereal was Less Than $4.00 at Amazon and it Cost much More in the Grocery Store.I Highly Recommend This Wonderful Cereal!

This cereal surprised me! It’s really delicious. The down side to it is that it yields too few services. The price is good for an organic cereal, but don’t expect to feed a whole family for a week. It lasted me because it’s just me in my household. I know this brand produces high quality organic products, so I expected it to be good.The cereal was crunchy, with dried bits of raspberries and blueberries. They used powdered dates to sweetened it, and it’s perfect. It has the perfect level of sweetness.I think this is a great staple to have in your pantry. By the way, Amazon has the best price for this cereal.

UPDATED REVIEW August 2025: I have come to appreciate this product in an otherwise marketplace of sugar-infested and chemically polluted breakfast cereals despite my prior misgivings about missed fruit in the packing (see below). After buying it consistently over the past several months, I have come to realize that first box may have been the exception lacking the advertised fruit but since then have proved reasonable for the inclusion of dried berries to justify the product name. Now changing my Amazon review from 3 to 4 stars and will continue to enjoy--only reason it's not 5 stars is the varying consistency of fruit from box to box.PREVIOUS REVIEW: I love the berry-inspired flavor and no added sugar, but the suggestion of a "mixed berry cereal" and the photo on front of box is definitely misleading. I found one dried blueberry in my bowl of breakfast cereal and lots of microscopic berry seeds throughout, but there's really no whole berries. The overall taste and wheat quality is good however.

Hard to find a no sugar cereal. I add fruit so i dont need sugar. These taste good have a good crunch that does not get soggy before you finish the bowl. I mix them with grapenuts. Good price i will buy again.

We're experimenting with eating healthier foods including cereals, and this one is really good ... although I do think they went a bit skimpy on the fruit. I just so happen to have some packs of freeze-dried strawberries so I just added some of those to each bowl and some unsweetened almond milk. Yum.This arrived fast, fresh and undamaged. The expiration date isn't until several months from now, so no worries there. I've already ordered this again because box #1 will be gone soon. I wish Cascadian farms would add a bit more fruit and also make a larger size box. But I'm still happy eating this. This company also has a fantastic cinnamon crunch cereal that tastes nearly identical to cinnamon toast crunch except it's healthier. Yay! Thank you so much! I suppose it's a little pricey for the size so it's extremely helpful for us when these are on sale. Plus I'm just very grateful for Amazon making it possible for me to order groceries for home delivery ( and yes we have Prime) due to my physical limitations at my senior citizen age.I recommend this!

My husband loves cereals and in trying to get a better, more healthy choice I ordered tbis cereal and found it to be a great tasting and more healthy choice.

This summer tried new cereals. Not fond of the freeze dried strawberries. As they tend to clump. The flaks themselves get mushy kinda fast.This said, I enjoy a trough of cereal. If I’d have five small bowls maybe the flakes would be less mushy.It takes me about five minutes to eat the large bowls and they can’t hang that long.Imma pass on a next purchase. But I’m glad I tried these.Compared to Natures Path is probably a problem for me, too. Since that brands cereal has a better crunk staying power until I’m finished.The ingredients are great. But for the money and the flake wilt and freeze dried strawberries fail since I get two bowls from a box, for myself, would say pass on this variety or try for yourself when it’s on sale or for sub and save and see for yourself. You might like it
