I specifically do not know. You may want to contact the company directly. There are also various commercially available double stick tapes that might work. I have not had that issue yet.

Yes, for the Taylor 314, which I believe is a standard guitar, this is your guy. Assuming you are using the Taylor hard case that it came with, you should not have any issues. I have not had any complaints regarding case pressure and/or damage from it. The arm rest sits at about the same height as the guitar strings.
