 The setup was clear and easy with the included manual, its actually a good manual with photo illustrations and guided me through the process to remove my existing chime doorbell to connect this smart video doorbell with the included mounting bracket. The device has good picture quality, and real clear on low light environment and night vision mode. It is waterproof like all the video doorbell on the market. as soon as you press the doorbell, it sends notification to your phone and connect you to visitor for video chat; with clear audio quality. I have attached a video to show you my excitement after first day of usage.

The camera on this doorbell is great. Very clear when the objects are at a distance and partially close. If the person is standing to close it's hard to identify their face. I gave it a 3 star because it's overly sensitive to motion. Everything that passes by on the street or sidewalk causes it to notify my phone. EVERYTHING so position is key. There is no way to turn down the sensitivity of detection on the doorbell or in the app not like the Ring doorbell. You will need to completely turn your notifications off if you don't want to listen to the constant doorbell sound on your phone when something triggers it. Also, you will have to buy a separate chime for the inside of your home if you want to hear it ring without your phone. Overall, it could be a better doorbell if a few adjustments were made to the device and/or app.

I like the design of this doorbell. The button is obvious as is the camera. This way make people who come to the door are aware they are being filmed and know how to ring the doorbell. When someone rings the bell, my mobile phone beeps.The video quality is very good. The daytime quality is very clear and smooth. The night mode is adequate for any action close to the doorbell. Ring did a fantastic job with their doorbell, the app software, and the install process. While security is important it was the main reason why I purchased it. Very rarely I’m impressed with a product like this video doorbell.And installation was fairly painless. The instructions provided dumb it down for anyone, and it really takes the fear out of the installation.

I have recently been quite busy and just installed it today. The resolution is ok, and camera works great. It does everything as you request: recording motion videos, taking photos, answering doorbell and easily talking to the person who rang the doorbell. The only issue I had is this order doesn't come with rechargeable batteries, which I bought extra(not expensive tho., I spent around 10 bucks for buying two 18650 model batteries from eBay). In general, recommend it ! lol...

It’s working great so far. I can see people on door steps from work. Too bad I had to connect my original doorbell ringer back bc it didn’t work; it only sent a signal to my phone but not inside my home.

It works very good! Easy setup and the price was much more reasonable then the big name brand which looks identical.

I used the video doorbell. It feels good . Whenever I turn on the phone. I can clearly see the door. It is amazing and very good to use!
