The size is great for holding all of my single shadows (I've been on a depotting kick), and I use this in conjunction with a smaller, 9-pan size palette. So this big boi holds the bulk of my collection, and then I kind of make my own color-scheme based on what I'm feeling and pop it into the smaller palette for traveling.In the pictures I thought that the shadows were facing each other, but that's not the case! It's great, each side has its own cover (with a mirror on one of the covers) so they don't mix. I'd recommend putting shimmery shadows on the side w/o the mirror and mattes on the side with the mirror.The box itself is so sturdy, and I love the matte finish. It's so aesthetically pleasing. I rarely write reviews, but this was so good that I knew I had to proclaim the greatness of this palette.Also I've gotten other magnetic palettes that come with very cheap magnets (to stick on shadows that don't naturally stick to the palette), but the magnets that come with this are very sticky! I used to have to hot-glue other magnets on, but these don't need them (assuming that the back of the shadow has been cleaned). And it comes with a bunch of magnets too.Although I love the marble, I wish this came in a matte black version as well. That's my *only* gripe, because if I were to buy another, I would like them to be different colors so I could differentiate them.

This is exactly what I was looking for to de-pot my color pop shadows. It’s currently holding 72 shadows but I counted and it can hold 96 of the ones that come in the pallet form( not single eye shadows for the build your own, those are bigger). The added mirror makes it perfect for travel when that time comes and although it might seem bulky, the ability to carry all the shades possible to create any look, outweigh that for sure. It’s about the size of any standard book for reference and honestly , who doesn’t have room for that in their luggage. As for putting it in a traditional makeup bag, it is a bit large for that, but I also have a build your own pallet from color pop that fits that need too. It’s very sturdy and lightweight even after having all the shadows in. I didn’t need to use any of the magnet strips that came with it which was a plus. If you’re a makeup lover like me and don’t like having a ton of pallets , this is the thing you need to get to simplify and put your entire collection right at your fingertips.

This is just what I needed, a palette that could store part of my outrageously big eyeshadow collection and that had a mirror so i could take this traveling (cause i do take this traveling with face products on one side and eyeshadows on the other, none of my pans has broken while traveling, the ones that are cracked were mistakes while depotting) its sturdy and the magnet is very good, thinking of depotting some baked shadows to see if they fit because the space is quite deep. Overall thoughts: love it and recommend if this is something you are thinking of getting.Note: As you can see the pan sizes in my palette vary so in case you want to know, the smallest circular pans are from a Colourpop (Goodsport) depotted palette, next are the "normal size" eyeshadows (26mm from Colourpop, Clionadh, Sidney grace, Coastal scents), the bunch of big pans are my depotted Juvias place palettes (the tribe, Zulu and Douce), the slightly bigger pan that is in my neutral side (the one in the middle) is the shade Wish from the ABH Dream glow kit aaand the rectangular pans are random (dimension 3x1.5 cm)PS: the pans i mentioned are originally magnetized except the Juvias place ones but this palette came with about 30 magnetic stickers so it all worked out in the end.

This palette is really nice overall. The dimensions and weight are big and heavy, but not overwhelmingly so. It feels well made and secure. I bought this palette to depot all of my Jeffree Star Cosmetics shadows, and I am disappointed that you cannot fit 5 rows of his square shadows, the shadows are just slightly too large, so i'm left with 14 shadows of unused space I can't do anything with. If you're working with more standard round shadows I think you'd have a much easier time filling the entire thing. That said, I'll still use it for sure.

as soon as i opened the box, i was pleased at how well this palette was packaged. i was a little nervous that it could arrive with a cracked mirror or some other kind of damage, but there was foam all around the palette that protected it during shipping. the palette is gorgeous and doesn’t look like it’s cheaply made. i was pleasantly surprised to see that it came with magnets because i didn’t thoroughly read the listing name and didn’t think it would come with them. it’s perfect for storing single blushes, eyeshadows, highlighters, depotted makeup, repressed makeup, etc. the only downside is that it was heavier than i expected but what can you expect with a palette that has a mirror & 2 big magnetic sheets? overall really pretty & works well. would recommend!

I used to work at Sephora and had purchased a name-brand Z Palette in my time there. I have to say, this is a WAY more impressive product! It's easy on the eyes, has a much stronger magnet closure than my Z Palette, and gave me much more room (which is dangerous because now I have an excuse to buy more BLB). I am much more confident travelling with this than I ever was with my Z Palette, as it's a bit more heavy duty, protects my makeup with its fold out design, and the magnets that keep the flaps closed are much stronger. As an added bonus, it even has a mirror! Will definitely purchase more in the future when I need them.
