Very Relevant Backstory: My ex is a massage therapist. And not just A massage therapist - THE massage therapist! Equivalent level of a PhD in massage therapy with an extensive skillset that ranges from basic Swedish massage to highly advanced neuromuscular therapy and medical massage. She doesn’t just relax you - she actually fixes you. So, needless to say, I was very spoiled for a very long time. Between years of fighting, a couple really bad car accidents, video games and a career as a software engineer, I have a host of recurring issues. After we split and she stopped working on me, all the old demons in my neck & back started coming back. This or that therapist would work on me with varying levels of quite temporary relief…. I’m not exaggerating even in the slightest when I say that as soon as I turned this on and put it on my neck, my eyes rolled in to the back of my head!!! In my years of getting hundreds of massages from dozens of therapists, only 1 person has ever been able to do that, and it’s my ex! The way this thing gets in to your muscles and really works things out is more amazing than I ever could have imagined! I’ve used it in my neck, all corridors of my back, my intercostals (rib muscles - be careful and use light pressure!), and my lats. Going to see how it does on the legs soon! Best thing I’ve bought all year!!! Only gripe is that it’s not wireless (can’t charge it); and you can’t adjust the duration - I’d like to set it to at least 30min, but turning it back on isn’t a big deal at all…. Would just be nice.

I have purchased several of these. I had a horrible stress point in my kneck. This massage has saved me and provided much relief for my aching kneck and back!!! I literally fall asleep when it's on. It is effective and great value for the money. I like that you can change the settings and turn the heat on or off if you want. It's easy to switch the settings on the handle and the massage quality is amazing! I have even used it on my legs. I recommend.

Works great for working out knots and relaxing muscles. But, I have bought two and on both, the fabric has started ripping, after a couple of months. Then it gets twisted up in the heads. After the first one, as a seamstress, I decided that I would buy another one and as soon as it started showing signs of wear, I would reinforce it. Which has helped the second one last longer. But, not everyone knows how to sew or owns a sewing machine. I can say that to me, it is worth the effort. And for the price, I can afford to buy replacements, but I wish that they would come up with a better solution.

I've been using it for over a year now. The pressure is stronger than a cordless one I tried. The heat is a great feature as well. My friends bought the same one after trying out mine.

HOLY COW GUYS!! I have tension issues in my lower back and THIS is a God send! The pressure on this massager is tier 1 and it’s sooo easy to use on any part of your body… 10/10 would recommend!!!

I have purchased this massager 3 times over the past few years. The heat, pressure, and pain relief are amazing! If your muscles are very tight, using it the first few times might be really painful…but after your muscles loosen some, the pain relief is better than going to a massage therapist. I have used it to target knots that other massagers just don’t hit. The price is great…but because it breaks so often, the value and quality are not as great as they should be. The fabric seems to be the least quality aspect of the device. My first one last over a year with heavy use and a little bit of abuse from my kids standing on it before the fabric ripped. My second one was less than a year old and just stopped working at all. My most recent purchase is not even 1 month old, was not misused, and the fabric has ripped and gets twisted in the knobs and is unusable. I’m not planning to buy a 4th at this point.

This massager gets so deep in your muscles, it’s amazing! I work a typing job and there is some damage to my shoulders from several years of working a high volume typing job! This massager gets deep behind the shoulder blade to relieve that pain I’ve had for over 5 years! The first time I used it I was practically crying from the pain I was in before using, I used for much too long at least 2 hours, the next couple day I felt like I got beat up because it is a deep tissue massage! After the beat up feeling is gone I feel like I have a new shoulder! The pain that was near constant for the last 5 years goes away, I still have my job so it comes back, but a session or 2 with this massager takes it away! I have so much more mobility in my shoulders after using this!

A friend of mine had a very similar massager to this one that she bought off Amazon and it did a nice job of providing firm massage to my neck and shoulder areas without being excessive. I assumed that with her massager, as is the case with many Chinese products that have different brands, but are actually made in the same factory, that if I just bought the cheapest nearly identical model off Amazon, I would get the same thing. I was wrong. This massager, which has two rotating triangles with balls upon them underneath the fabric seem to have some edge or plastic flashing on the balls that made them especially pokey or poignant. That, combined with overly aggressive motors, rendered what should have been a stiff, kneading massage of the muscles into, a very forceful pounding rather than therapeutic kneading. After a few minutes, the first time I tried, I looked in the mirror and my neck and shoulders were both quite red and I was actually surprised the next day that I was not bruised. I have read a number of reviews on Amazon of things such as lumbar pillows and other types of massaging devices, and there are definitely people out there that are more tender, delicate, and or sensitive than I am. For instance, I prefer a very firm lumbar pillow that others call too hard and I like a very firm mattress on my bed. So I would estimate that I would have a somewhat greater capacity than the average person to tolerate forceful massage. However, this massaging unit is so overly aggressive that I honestly believe it would render very sensitive and delicate people in tears, after just a few minutes, it is so forceful. In conclusion, this is the kind of device that might operate better in the basement cell of a third world country’s secret police station, as a warm-up for rubber hoses, rather than in the home of one who suffers neck, shoulder or back pain and needs a therapeutic massage to relieve that pain. I can only recommend this device to the sort of person who finds a typical massage gun or manual massage to be a bit weak and requires intensely forceful massage. That is why I gave it 2/5-stars instead of 1/5-stars as my overall rating. But for ordinary people, this device is simply unusable because it causes, rather than relieves, pain. I returned my massager to Amazon.
