Is this good for high impact training? LIke jumping and martial arts training?

No. Definitely not. My boobs are very heavy and bounce about whenever I do anything. It's great for an "around the house" kind of bra, but definitely NOT jumping, martial arts, workouts, anything basically that you don't want your ladies bouncing about independent from the rest of your body.

Are these easy to take off?

If you are wearing the proper size they are easy. If they are too small they would be difficult to get off
