The flavor was good, it was mild but had a flavot that made it enjoyable. I found it very comforting to drink,it makes you feel at peace.It may not be strong enough for those who prefer a stronger tea. But I think it serves well as a relaxing tea for early morning and evenings.

Haven’t felt any difference but then I’ve barely drank it for a week. Doesn’t taste very good but I add honey and it seems to help the taste.
