So excited that it has arrived. My cushion had broke on my last one from a medical supply company. I ordered this replacement Instead of waiting for theirs, and it fits perfectly!

I ordered this because the product description said it was compatible with my device. After it came, it didn’t fit. And there was no option to return it. So I’m out the money I spent on it, and now have a mask that I’ll not be able to use.

Item shipped quickly and officially and works perfectly for my CPAP machine. I thought the price was pretty high for what it was worth. Two pieces are both plastic and their pre-molded so I know they can’t cost a fortune to be made. Outside of that they were fine.

does not fit even though it said it was compatible. No mention that this was a non refundable product very disappointed. Amazon should not associate themselves with Companies like that. We base our purchases on the descriptions so if it's not right if we are mislead and they don't offer returns. Not ok
