It gives pretty intense contractions even at half intensity. The gel pads are very sticky, so it stays on well. I had to put panties over the hip one so it would stay up because the circular device was weighing it down. The workout was painful. It fits me well and functions as expected. Overall, great product for the price.

Plastic film with snaps on to hook up to vibrator. Have to buy more of the sticky connectors. Eh....

The instructions were not clear The sticky part has no way to be covered when not in use It does not stick fully to the body so you don’t get a full result The strengths don’t work properly either
