Only using PeptiStrong for a few days. I'm in my 80's and bought it for speeding up exercise recovery. Almost immediately I was climbing stairs without hanging on to the handrail, walking faster due to uplevel in confidence. My recovery from exercise is still at the three days level and I need that to be two days. The research is human trials, not mice, and very positive, it's considered GRAS [Generally Recommended As Safe] by the FDA so I'm very optimistic. It's pricier than any other supplement I take but if I can eventually exercise every other day it's worth it

It was delivered on time as promised and came at a higher value than I had expected cost-wise. It was recommended to me by a close friend.

I’ve built more muscle and lost fat. It takes at least a month or more before you notice anything but I’m sold on this product.
