Absolutely love it. Hard to find.

this was a gift ..... the cheese was so salty, beyond salty, made them sick, all of these had to be thrown out !!

It’s very sad to see this available. If it’s not made in Cotija or the town near by, it can’t be Cotija cheese. Hope they finally take this name off their product. Don’t buy it.
