Don’t ignore treat it
Keeps my legs from going numb. This is a big plus in my book. My lector lights were out of wake & I was falling a lot because my right leg especially would go numb caused drop foot(losing connection between brain & foot-control movement problems. My neurologist sent me to physical therapy). So don’t ignore and take some of these to keep you healthy.

Not in the sun a lot these days which is actually good to avoid cancer it's told, so the vitamin D3 promotes enough absorption of calcium - phosphate - magnesium for me to help keep my body healthy like the rest. Good mood, more energy! I really like these Vitamin D softgels!
I have taken other Vitamin D products before but never noticed a difference in myself while taking them. I was low on energy and my mood was bad.
