Started with UMF 10+, then UMF 16+, then UMF 24+. and now UMF 20+. In away I was doing a self-testing experiment on a specific health condition that I am dealing with. I started at a lower EMF number then, saw fantastic results, then worked up to a higher #. Each jar that I used I could tell that there is an improvement on my particular condition. I particularly like the EMF 20+ and the results that I am having with it. While I am using this product, I have also supplemented my diet with, No Processed Sugars, or as low as possible in the foods that I consume. It was difficult at first but comes pretty natural now. Now I can look at the market shelfs and pretty well tell what is the grams of sugars in that product type. I am Talking processed sugars, not NATURAL types of sugars, out of my diet. Fresh fruit and vegetables with their natural sugars are  OK.
