200 degrees F is the maximum useful temperature.

I am sure that 3M has a lot of information on the internet on their "supertapes". I suspect that the environment like temperature and humidity might play a role in which tape to use. If you decide to try it, make sure that the area is extremely clean before you apply it.

will it work for car spoiler

Depends...if it's a fairly light plastic or fiberglass spoiler without a lot of surface area probably...just don't skimp on tape...end to end all surfaces...I did mine with epoxy and still holding...
