Great vegetarian choice for protein
My daughter has an eating disorder and is vegetarian. She loves this protein powder and we have been buying it regularly for the last year. It helps her get in protein, calories, and she has been extremely happy with it. It's great quality, mixes well, tastes great, and is easy for her to digest. I highly recommend this product.

No unnecessary fillers!
Onw of the best protein products on the market! This brand was recommended to us by our doctor for helping my son gain weight and muscle after he was recovering from an illness. Now we continue to buy it to support his weight lifting. Great taste and blends well. No unnecessary fillers.

Great, but incorrect serving size.
I love this product and as someone who started off with a 14.5 BMI, it's helped so much with my weight gain. HOWEVER!!! The serving size is simply wrong. They claim 4 scoops is around 315g, meaning one scoop is roughly 78g. If you measure one scoop though it comes out to be around 50-55g. 1/4 serving (1 scoop) is really a scoop and a half. So beware and measure properly.Besides that, this has been the only mass gainer/protein powder that doesn't absolutely destroy my stomach after drinking it. The ingredients are great and it really does help with weight gain + no flavor. I originally bought this June of 2024 and repurchased again in January 2025. Both times it said the serving size is 4 scoops but on Amazon its advertised as 6 scoops... Not sure if they've updated or not. But just a heads up.

Great mass gainer
I was very happy with this mass gainer. I’m a hard gainer, I weight train regularly but it’s hard for me to find the time to eat/prep the extra calories I need to put on more weight for a winter bulk. I used this for about 2 months and gained about 3-4lbs. I did not do the 4 scoops, only 2 scoops mixed with water. The first month I used it only on training days, 4 days per week, and the second month I started having 1 shake per day. For reference I’m a small female, I went from about 108lbs-112lbs in 2 months. I mixed the 2 scoops with water and it tasted fine and mixed very well in a blender bottle. The only thing I did notice was not a great aftertaste but I just drank some water after and it was fine. I purchased for the clean ingredients and was overall very happy with the product. It’s not something I would use long term because of the sugar content but will definitely purchase again when I want to put on some weight! I purchased the vegan Naked Mass chocolate flavor for reference.
