Bike came so quick!! I absolutely love it- I zip around town effortlessly!! Everyone stops and asks me about the bike- highly recommend!!

3 stars. First, front brake appears unalignment and it sounds. Battery drained so fast. Very very slow on uphill (little slop, not high). This bike is good for flat (no uphill) and may have someone push you on uphil. Price is ok.I got throtle broken after few ride. Seller sent one to replace.I got flatire (after 2 months) and in process of contact of seller for replacement. Pending. Will update.

Great ebike for a reasonable price. Zips around pretty quickly. Pedaling is not for long distance or hills but does the job on short, flat surfaces. I really like the cell phone dock/charger, key access with alarm and rear basket all included. I received mine within 2 days of order. I only wish the tandem seat was available.

it was easy to put together and fun to ride

When i first got this scooter, i had to fix the handle bar because it was put on backwards, i then had to fix the power screen with KB weld because it was falling off because it was broken, after riding it for a while it became clear that the front suspension the bike was suppose to have did not exist, in other words the bike is like a solid rock, which makes the shock absorbent in the middle useless, this made riding it even on flat surfaces like side walks and bike trails really rough, because of this the reflector on the back of my basket shattered and the drinks i was transporting in it busted open leaking all over my driveway, this was made worse by the fact that the basket wouldn't stay closed when riding it so i had to put a key lock on it.I know i bought a used version of the bike, but it said the bike was suppose to be "like new" and because they couldn't even have been bothered to put the handle bar on the right way it doesn't surprise me that its let me down in other aspects now.

I love it although it's not designed for someone over 5 foot tall, but with a spacer under the seat it works great for me at 6 foot 2 inches tall, and it carries my 220 bounds around just fine.

The bike is very heavy and not easy to lift it on to my car. It looks small but very heavy. when I tested drive it. It's not a smooth ride. I almost fall off the bike. Also my seller is not helpful when I try to return it. I am very frustrated with the product because it is not cheap stuff and also with the seller who doesn't help me out at all. When I returned it I paid $117.15 for shipping. My seller did not give me back the shipping money. It is very difficult to returned this e-bike. I will never recommend anyone to buy this ebike.

I don’t weigh that much and I had to use the pedals to go faster than it was allowing me by just using the throttle. It’s super big and heavy things don’t match up like the screws to hold the basket in. There’s extra stuff that came with and it doesn’t tell me where to put it. I thought I had sold off the bike and I wrecked bike was ok I got bruised bad and scraped up and the chain came off The thing and my phone fell off and if you have anything in the basket it will fly out to. Also instructions are bad and very hard to fold and unfold. It did come with a good multi tool kit. It’s up to your preference I don’t recommend it. Still trying to get a refund.
