Does this have a lot of calcium for their shells?

Not a lot but it does have a balanced nutrients of calcium mixed with all other good elements of food inside the Hikari Shrimp Cuisine. I feed it to my 15 ghost shrimps and they live happy.

Anyone compare this to bacter ae or fluval shrimp granules?

I don’t really understand the question because bacter ae is used to help provide the tank with the proper amount of bacteria for the shrimp to feed on which improves breeding. These are specifically meant for just a short feeding, but with that being said no my none of my shrimp will touch this food.

Any significant difference between shrimp cuisine and crab cuisine?

I don't know about the ingredients, but they look completely different. Shrimp is tiny round pellets and crab are bigger oblong ones. Definitely a big size difference.

why aren't the ingredients listed?
