Superb fit! I'm a strong and tall 6' and around 250lbs, wear XL, and 38-40 jeans. Pouch feels natural and well built in, not just a weird add on.Very comfortable, you forget you have them on. Sometimes at work I suddenly notice them on while unzipping for a bathroom break. Fits like sports boxers, but real soft. Oh and no wedgies :-)
