When I did Additional Mathematics my experience was not great because the textbook was horrible. I bought this book a supplement to my daughter's main textbook so she wouldn't have the same bad experience. I chose this one as it was one of the few Additional Mathematics books on Amazon that let you view inside and it looked promising. I have been reading both this book and her prescribed textbook, comparing how similar topics are handled in each and I find this one to be much clearer and easier to follow.

Yes, one or two chapters are out of sequence, but they are written using exactly the same words as the syllabus. I am writing against one of the overseas reviewers. I am an experienced IGCSE 606 teacher. Sometimes textbook writers think they can provide a better course by changing the sequence a bit. If the teacher prefers, heshe may change back the sequence. No sweat. We used this textbook for the previous syllabus, then switched to the blue Collins, a big mistake. Terrible textbook. Doesn't cover all the materials, many answers are wrong, to a ridiculous level. Pay those graduate students more. We have just switched back to this white book. It's a much better book. Cheers.
