Dermabond Advanced, Topical Skin Adhesive

Everything about this product leads you to believe there is more than you're actually getting. Read the reviews first, fine I only get one. But then the photo displayed also looks like theres more product in the tube than there actually is. When you hold the product vertical you'll see the tube is basically half full. For the price you might as well buy the 3m veterinary skin adhesive. Otherwise your getting a half empty bag of chips from the vending machine. Will update during products first use.

Used this for my VSG surgery wound. Worked perfect! I didn’t even have to use bandages if I didn’t want to!

Be aware that you only get ONE pen, not the three that are pictured. It may work great (haven't used it yet), but I don't like the misleading picture. I realize that the description says 1, but because of the picture I thought it meant 1 box. CHANGE THE PICTURE!

The packaging was far from user-friendly was not able to get into the product without completely breaking it at which point I lost contents inside was able to take a toothpick to some of the contents and put on my incision product did seem to hold but could not get enough of it. If I was able to use product I may speak positively but being as it was broken and wasted I was very disappointed If I was able not to put a store I would have product is probably good not able to use in this packaging

Too expensive even for one time use when result is this poor.

The product is very good however the it is only one not 3 as shown in the picture. the picture is very deceiving

I have no idea what the quality of this stuff is coming from THIS vendor, but yesterday my wife (an ER MD) used this to glue a cut on a forehead, and it worked great. I do believe that proper storage is important for this stuff, since the tube we had was stored in a car's trunk for an extended period and needed quite a bit of convincing to get the glue to come out, but once it did, it worked well. As I understand it, the glue rarely has any trouble coming out of the tube in a hospital environment (proper storage, frequent product turnover) We followed the glue job with a steri-strip and more glue to keep the wound shut, since there was quite a bit of tension on the wound, being right above an eyebrow.I would suggest cool, dark storage for these things, especially if you might find yourself in a tight spot, and of course have back-up sutures.

I was disappointed that the picture displayed three pens and we only received one. I feel like this is false advertisement. Haven't had to use it yet, but when we do I am hoping to love it for the price we paid.
