Organic Hair Dye (200)

Although some hairdressers have told me henna is bad for your hair I can find no evidence for this online when I tried to research this....I was buying a so called gentle hair dye from a health food shop and my hair turned to straw....so I am back on the henna...my hair has some grey in it and the mixture of henna and indigo works nicely...(the indigo tones down the bright orangy red you can get on your grey strands and it all blends in quite well) I find it coats my fine hair and conditions it....and is very cost effective.....one other thing I've found also works for me and maybe anyone else with very fine ageing hair is bin your shampoos and use pure olive oil soap......it feels a bit odd to use a bar of soap on your hair but my hair was so thin brittle and fly away that I could never have it loose....now by using henna and no shampoo regime it's heavy enough to leave loose :-)

Fantastic product.After having an allergic reaction to chemical hair dyes I searched for an alternative and found this product after reading the reviews on line. I'm so glad of this natural product as it has been a godsend. If I didn't have it then the alternative would be to have white hair at the age of 44yrs. The product is messy and smells strange but with 2 shampoo washes the smells does wear off and it is time consuming but I guess beauty is worth waiting for. The results are excellent with a lovely colour that has a rich red tone which lots of people have commented on as they want the same results. Knowing that this product has not been tested on animals and is natural and not loaded with chemicals is a plus too. The company advised me to mix a small amount of arrowroot powder with cold water and gently heat to a gel form and then adding this to the henna to ease any slight inching that may still occur and I have found that now I don't need to worry about any reaction at all. I would highly recommend this product as it has absolutely given me the chance to colour my hair and not have to risk a chemical reaction or have to be left with white hair.

No difference

Before i purchased henna and indigo i wanted to know if there were any chemicals in the product, so i did some research and was happy to try it. When i received my products i just followed instructions and my hair was soft, shiny and conditioned. Sometimes i will use it every five to six weeks or even stretch to eight weeks. Using henna and indigo can be a little messy but to me it is worth it, especially as it is very good for the hair and the colour is all natural. I would highly recommend organic henna and indigo hair colour very good value for money.
