This scissor is comfortable in hand, weight is just right. Great value for the money. I enjoy using them when grooming my Yorkie. Has a great look and the curve is just right for grooming my Yorkie.

These cut through thick dog fur so very easy. I do wish the thumb hole was much bigger.

I’ve gone through a few pairs of thinning shears, and these are the first ones that feel consistently smooth from start to finish. They cut cleanly without that annoying catching or resistance I’ve dealt with before, which makes grooming a lot easier. The size feels just right in hand, so I’m not constantly adjusting my grip or fighting the tool. After using them for a bit, the motion still feels fluid and controlled, which hasn’t been my experience with cheaper pairs. These just do what you expect without any fuss. For me, they’ve been a clear step up from what I was using before. . These curved shears cut so smoothly and precisely. Akin to a hot knife through butter. I used to shear a round face and first puppy cut on one of my shih tzus. Was comfortable and sharp. Will definitely purchase more of these scorpion shears as they are a great value for home grooming between professional cuts.

Arrived not working properly. I had to take it apart and put it back together correctly, then oiled it. This is my second pair of these. My first pair were amazing. I lost them somewhere, probably at a dog show. This second pair are identical to the first pair. The sharpness is great and easy to use once I got it reassembled properly. I cut my finger fixing the problem, that is how sharp they are! Great scissors. But production assembly missed the mark on this pair, which is why I gave it four stars.

So pleased with these scissors. I have 2 Australian Shepherds with thick double coat fur. I’ve tried so many different types of trimmers and scissors and thinning sheers to thin out the fur in certain areas. Especially their butts and around their necks. These scissors did an awesome job cutting and allowing me to shape the cuts instead of that blunt cut that regular scissors make. The price is high for home use…..I’m not a dog groomer….I’m just a doggy human mom that wants to keep my pups well groomed. I’ve tried the cheaper thinning scissors and my fingers and hand became so sore. Buy these they are really worth th investment.

Lives up to the name brand. Really beautiful shears with a nice curve. Great for body and especially standard poodle tail grooming where a single cut on all sides works well with this 9" length. I also use them to add the nice curve on the bottom of the long ears. Really happy with this purchase. Purchase with confidence. You won't be disappointed. Well worth the investment.

Love the curve on this and it’s my go to tool when I’m cutting my doggies hair , I have two girls , she-poo and Yorkshire Terrier . I’m no expert so this was really reaching with the price I got all the tools I needed and now I do my girls at home by watching videos on u-tube . The tools have paid for themselves, I don’t have to go take the doggies to the groomer .
