Better than expected
Got these some time ago (2 of them). I had read reviews saying they had weird chemical smells, but I don't have any issues with them. I have a very sensitive nose, and yes, they do have a smell, but it is very neutral. Absolutely not a chemical smell (I mean, yes everything is chemical, but not like cleaning agent smell).

Too late to return
I heard very positive reviews; however, I wasn’t 100% pleased with this expensive purchase. I purchased a king size pillow for $95.Pros: The side with the gel feels nice on the skin.Cons: Way too pricey for a one sided gel pillow. I expected both sides to have gel.

Not Worth Money, Do Not Purchase
I have not had this pillow for a year now and I am extremely disappointed. I was expecting a two sided pillow that would ensure coolness was maintained throughout a night's sleep. That is not the case whatsoever plus the "gel" material that is on the one side is very, very cheap as it is almost completely gone on the one side throughout the use. Also, my head literally sinks to the bottom of the pillow when I place it on the center. I have to fold the pillow multiple times to have any type of support or firmness. This product is WAY over hyped and priced. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. MONEY.

This Pillow + A Silk Pillow Case=HEAVEN
I've always been a fan of the cool feeling from silk pillowcases and the cooling feature from this pillow intensifies the feeling just the right amount. Big fan!
