No more dry, red skin!
Works great! Ordered the smallest size to test it on my dog before purchasing a larger size. Applied to two small areas where my dog has red spots from dry skin, the redness was gone the next day. No itching and no reaction from my sensitive skin dog. It does have a stronger smell than I was expecting, but it’s pleasant, herbal/natural smell.

This Stuff is a Godsend! Helped Our Dog’s Severe Irritation Immensely
Our beautiful boy has severe allergies and his skin gets extremely red, itchy and then raw from the irritation and scratching, especially when allergy season is at its worse and he lays in the grass. We don’t want to keep him from doing what he loves and living his best life so I researched lotions, creams, ointments and balms for dogs and this is by far THE BEST one I found!! Most of the others either weren’t natural, or if they were, it wasn’t safe for dogs to lick the product. How frustrating would that be?! This one checked off all the boxes! All-natural ingredients, made here in America by a trusted company and it’s safe if the dog licks it (and what dog isn’t going to try licking it?) He doesn’t like to be touched or fooled with unless he’s being pet or player with, so that presented a challenge. But, we just followed the suggestion that came with the product of putting a treat in front of him to distract him. We put a bowl of peanut butter down in front of him and wow! I could have been cutting his leg off and I don’t think he would have noticed, lol! (Not that I would ever do that, of course. But these days, you sadly need to point out the obvious- and that was obviously a joke!) I was able to get a perfect amount of the balm on his lower belly, groin area and inside his legs (under all 4), and he let me even though the skin in those areas is very tender and sore. With just that ONE application, we noticed a marked difference!! He wasn’t chewing and gnawing at the area incessantly like he had been. In fact, he didn’t pay any attention to it at all, which was a clear indication that he felt a lot better! He licked the balm a bit here and there because I really went crazy slathering it on as quickly as I could everywhere, lol, and I think the greasiness felt a bit odd to him. But nothing to the point of being bothersome to him. He was much more relaxed and at ease since he wasn’t in pain or itchy anymore. He was visibly relieved! Which took a huge weight of worry off of our shoulders. He already has to deal with grand mal seizures after his recent diagnosis of canine epilepsy. This is now one less problem for him and for us to have to worry about. The vet was going to put him on some sort of steroid cream, which would have required he wear a cone of shame (which we’re extremely uncomfortable having him wear when he could possibly have a seizure at any given moment), and an antibiotic, all which would have cost a lot more, including an expensive vet visit. This saved us the trip and expense and it saved him the anxiety of going to the vet and suffering needlessly with the cone and meds he didn’t even need. His skin is healing so nicely now and he still hasn’t been bothered by it at all. The itch was so intense it would make him cry and gnaw at it for hours. What a relief for both him and for us that he’s no longer suffering! I plan to add more as needed but so far, one good coat is all that’s been necessary and it’s been a few days since I applied it. I got the 4 ounce tin so there is plenty left. It’s definitely worth the cost and saves you money in the end by not needing a vet trip or expensive meds (though be sure to consult with your vet about any new rash or skin irritations on your pet. This review does not constitute medical advice for your pet whatsoever). Thank you for creating such a wonderful, effective, safe and natural remedy for our precious pup!

Incredibly overwhelming scent but it works
This is one of the only balms that heals my Dobermans dry patches during the winter and minor scrapes. Especially around the elbow area- the hair actually grows back in whichever place this is located.I wish it didn’t have such a strong aroma- my dog is terrified of this. My dog is aware of where it’s coming from, unlike that video of the other review, however it still causes temporary stress which I mitigate by applying outside or with a high stake treat and immediate exercises. Overall the quality and results outweigh the application process. I’ve also tried the tin before, while it lasts longer, it doesn’t blend as well as the stick- the stick dissolves quickly on the opposite spectrum of that.I have cheap palmers for dogs and that is no where near as moisturizing as this product. This will still be my go-to product until I can find something unscented that works the same. I think the frankincense and myrrh smells too intense. My dog agrees.

This stuff WORKS—-FAST!
This stuff works fast. My Pitbull has had worsening red patches on her bare belly for over a year. Started as quarter sized round spot on one side. At worst hand sized red patches on either side of belly into the leg fold. While she doesn’t seem too bothered by them—no excessive licking or scratching— they get super red and a little raised at times. Didn’t respond to several anti fungal creams, steroid creams, or antihistamines. Vet felt maybe food or grass allergy but none of those treatments helped either. Purchased this stuff and with one application redness was greatly reduced. By third day I couldn’t see any signs of the rash. Pup loves it! Rolls onto her back as soon as she smells it! She gives it a few licks and then goes to sleep. No GI symptoms from the few licks. I have to put a tiny bit on her jealous brother. LOL. I highly recommend! Nice herbal fragrance, easy application, fair price. I can’t find a before picture but will update if I do. The after is just a normal pittie belly!

Hard to apply but does the trick
Not the easiest to apply because it’s in a balm like consistency so with fur takes a bit to rub in if there are any dry patches etc. For paws worked very well. Smell is not bad and I did not notice my dog attempting to lick off due to flavoring or smell.

5 Stars – A Must-Have for Every Dog Parent!
I’ve been using this natural balm for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. My pup tends to get little scrapes and dry, cracked paw pads from all our outdoor adventures, and this balm has been a total game-changer. It goes on smoothly, absorbs well, and best of all — it’s made with clean, natural ingredients I can actually pronounce. After just a couple of applications, I noticed a huge improvement in her pads — they’re softer, no longer rough or flaky, and even a small cut she had on her leg healed up much faster than usual. She doesn’t mind the scent either, which is a big plus since she’s usually super picky about what goes near her paws.Highly recommend this for healing, moisturizing, and keeping your dog’s skin and paws in great shape year-round!

Really works!!
Helped heal my dogs neck after scratching it raw and dealing with it for several weeks. Left a collar on her to stop her from scratching. She will try to lick it off so distracting her with rubs the first 10 min she has it on is needed but worth it as it works so well. Put it on her any chance I got once I noticed it had dried up. At least 3 times a day and within 2 weeks we noticed the hair growing back! Allergy pills didn’t help but this did :)
