Great camera, zero response to support questions. Asked for firmware download location... no response. emailed support email... no response as yet.Update 2/15/21:STILL no response. Don't know who those that give positive support accolades are talking to, amazon help referred to seller, who so far has responded to NOTHING. I guess their support is like a "taillight warranty"... got your money, and once the taillights disappear into the distance, you are on your own. A real shame, I have two of these and other than NOT getting support for my firmware question, the image is great and performance is more than acceptable. If I could determine the camera's REAL manufacturer I might have a better chance of locating the upgrades.3/7/21I was dead wrong about the support! Actually, support was very responsive after finally making contact. Response to emails was very timely, and they actually helped solve a firmware upgrade on a camera I purchased over a year ago. Never have gotten better support on one of the many different cameras I have used and purchased from an overseas source.

8/24/2019 Update: I had some issues with the camera iris, but customer service was very friendly and and supportive in which they supplied me with a new camera. The camera takes a beating from the extreme weather conditions in Baja California Mexico. It still performance great. After having some issues and contacting Amazon tech with positive results and limited instructions, the vendor’s support was surprisingly very helpful and sent me pdf info which resulted in a good clear pictures and good zoom. It doesn’t have auto tracking. I the housing speaker was cracked and prontly given a replacement. I place the camera in Baja California Mexico and monitor it from San Diego with good quality picture. I highly recommend this vendor and the durability of the camera with quality pic and big enough speaker to listen clear surroundings.

Like the camera but the APP for the camera is worthless.You should not sell this product until they fix the app.

Unless your familiar with these types of camera's, don't bother. I have never seen such bad instructions as you get with this camera. And the supplier that is your contact, gives you the same thing. No instructions, just some pictures with a few words written on them.I'm packing it all up and sending back to Amazon!Without good instructions, this $200 camera is worthless to me!You get a Manuel but it just has specs and the same marketing material you see on this page!The build quality does seem quit good. That's all I can say since I don't have anything else to go by.One more thing, you get maybe a 20 second video instructional disk that comes with it.Good luck on that as well!Update:Well, I have to admit it wasn't that bad to figure this thing out, after trying a few things hit and miss, I finally got it to working.No thanks to the instructions that came with it that's for sure.I couldn't get the wireless to work, which I wanted, until I hooked up the lan. Got it to turn on with the lan, so I unhooked the lan and then the wireless started to work. Haven't installed yet, so we shall see!Still I am disappointed with the instructions because it starts and ends in the middle which to me makes it very confusing to say the least!

So far so good. I live on 1.5 acres, and have a WiFi extender about 200 ft from the house. The ip camera has been working real good now for a couple months. I have it installed on a 16’ aluminum pole; plugged into a weather proof outlet, and it has been put through rain, wind and now heat. So far so good. The video and operation of the PTZ are working well. The iPhone app works good too, so I can keep an eye on things while I’m on travel. The PC app is better for setting up your patterns and tweaking your set-ups. I will buy another one if it makes it through our coming winter and survives.

This camera has a very clear and colorful picture. The zoom doesn't seem to distort the picture any and I can zoom in and read a license plate a city block away. The auto focus works great also. The price isn't too bad considering the quality of the picture. I will be buying a few more later on.

The media could not be loaded.  I own three previous models from this manufacture, product looks solid however it works maximum 2 years, support literally not existing, Two out of three cameras already end up in garbage .Very poor documentation making hard to setup and operating even for advance users.Recently third camera died so be aware of product from this company
