Pyramex V2G PLUS Safety Goggles with Adjustable Strap

I've had other pyramex goggles before and loved them. That's why I bought these, hoping to use them with an Rx insert. These goggles have a horrible glare. I used them once for airsofting and even so much as facing in the general direction of the sun completely obscured my view so as to make the enemy invisible. Compound that with egregious fogging and you've got a recipe for a miserable time. Did I mention the glare? It's bad, really bad.

I HAVE BEEN BUYING DEWALT BRAND SAFETY GLASSES FOR YEARS . THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE FOG PROOF AND SCRATCH PROOF . EVERY TIME I WAS DISAPPOINTED AFTER JUST A FEW DAYS . MY MISTAKE FOR KEEP BUYING DEWALT . FINALLY ONE DAY , I DECIDED TO TRY THESE PARTICULAR SAFETY GOGGLES . WOW , WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE . I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THESE SAFETY GOGGLES . THEY ARE THE BEST I HAVE OWNED AND USED . AS LONG AS THEY MAKE THESE PARTICULAR SAFETY GOGGLES , THESE ARE THE ONES I WILL BUY . I TRULY AND SINCERELY RECOMMEND THESE SAFETY GOGGLES TO EVERYONE . THEY ARE AMAZING . GREAT FIT AND COMFORTABLE AND THE LENSES ARE PERFECTLY CLEAR ....ITS LIKE YOU ARE NOT WEARING ANYTHING ..... THATS HOW CLEAR THEY ARE . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE SAFETY GLASSES !!!!! AAA++++

Definitely better than the Pyramex I-Force. Although, they still heavily fogged after one hour of use.Once they fogged it was very hard to return back to normal conditions...When cleaned with water as recommended by the manufacturer, water found its way between the two lenses because the seal between them is not watertight. The results are shown in the picture... Now it's impossible to clean and the lenses remain stained on the inside. In my opinion, this is a defective product.

These are nice goggles. I bought them for mowing in my farm around rocks and tight areas with my JD X758. Since its open terrain, its often windy and grass bits and dirt fly into my face and eyes.I just wore the goggles for some very late, late season clean-up after the last hay cutting in Sept. It was a very windy day and the goggles worked great. I like the tint, its provides just enough protection from bright sun without being too dark. Some goggles that I’ve used have really dark tint which can impede seeing certain obstacles i.e. holes, rocks, etc.The only issue is the rubber face seal. I prefer foam for comfort, plus foam doesn’t leave an impression mark on your face like the X2G-XP goggles do. These are however, the cheapest priced goggles I have bought and they work very, very well. So I really can’t complain much.Another positive is Pyramex has excellent customer service. I had an issue with another product and they were easy to deal. I’m happy to purchase more of their products.

I like the fact that this goggle has larger front coverage and it does fit pretty well, however the strap and clips are very disappointing. The second time I used this goggle, after clipping the straps at the back, I pulled on the strap to tighten it only to hear a snapping sound. The clip cracked and broke off (I wasn't even pulling hard at all).Since then, because of the crack, I couldn't tighten the goggle much anymore, causing water to slowly leak inside.

Save your money! l purchased these based on the other reviews, and the " amazon's choice" banner. l can assure you, these goggles are NOT worth the money, at ANY price. The optics are blurry and distorted. l have perfect eyesight, and was unable to get my eyes to focus at any distance while wearing these goggles! l tried them inside and outside, with the same results. Maybe l just got a bad pair. However, l refuse to pay for something that l can't use. Returning them today!

Hi -- I've used these goggles in Chicago during extreme frigid cold and windy snow, they perform extremely well. Didn't fog at all during use or when entering back into a warmer area. Great eye protection. You may experience some light reflections (ghosting) when used during the night, but quickly get use to it. My girlfriend has used both of them and they fit well. So I would think that they'd fit a twelve year old the same.I've bought more expensive brands (wiley) and they where too small for the face.So for the price these Pyramex...they're perfect.I bought both the Pyramex Safety V2G-XP and Pyramex I-Force Sporty Dual Pane Eyewear. The i-Force is a lower profile goggle, not as bulky as V2G-XP. This review is for both models.

Great goggles! Lenses are nice and the rubber seal makes good contact around my face keeping dust and dry grass out of my eyes when mowing and weed eating. Price was more than reasonable! I will definitely buy a couple more sets of these to have for when the first pair wear out. Fit is extremely comfortable and have not had any fogging issues. (mowed on a very dry day in Oklahoma) purchased these with the 3M n95 respirators and wear my hearing protection over them. Fit is very comfortable! I honestly think these are comparable to the Oakley goggles I was issued in the military for eye protection.

En mi caso, soy de Mexico y las estaré usando para la pendemia y tratar pacientes COVID a falta de recursos, tenemos que intentar comprar nuestro equipo, espero que me sea de utilidad... por lo pronto me parece un muy buen producto**ACTUALIZACIÓN**Desafortunadamente no aguantan el uso rudo, ni las lavadas con cloro, la mica se estropeó.... creo que para este uso en específico no sirven...

The product arrived much faster than expected. Used it for airsoft on a really hot day and it still didn't mist up. Absolutely awesome piece of kit

Estos goggles estéticamente no tienen pero, el material de su construcción es un poco duro en comparación a goggles para laboratorio, cuentan con ventilación indirecta, tal como se recomienda para las personas que trabajamos atendiendo usuarios, son de doble mica, el tinte de las micas ayuda bastante cuando uno está en la calle a pleno sol, el resorte se ajusta fácilmente al tamaño de la cabeza; pero no todo es belleza con ellos y se empieza con que se empañan horrible, al menos a mi me pasó usando a la par el cubrebocas, si material al ser de "uso rudo" (Hahaha!!!) me comenzó a lastimar después de una hora, tal vez por la falta de costumbre, pero eso no perdona que las micas se rayen con mucha facilidad, en mi caso no me enteré cuándo se rayo (ligeramente) la mica interna (a olvidar la devolución) y hablando de las micas...no son intercambiables así que si se rompen o se rayan van a la basura, y muy importante, en la bolsa están impresas las instrucciones de cuidados en donde indica claramente que SOLO DEBEN limpiarse con agua y un paño suave, nada de usar cloro o les va a pasar lo que a otro comprador que subió una foto, yo los lavo con jabón para trastes y les doy una pasada con aerosol desinfectante, a ver si no los "acabo de desgraciar".Yo los compré principalmente para usarlos en mis traslados en la bici pero no me sirvieron porque chocan con el casco a la altura de la frente y en las orillas.Para el uso qué fueron diseñados pienso que pueden funcionar, si no se rayan, pero para usar en bici con casco y para la atención a usuari@s no son de las mejores opciones.

Muy delicada la mica. Se raya muy facil. Los lave y resulta que traen 2 micas unas polarilaza y otra pegada por la parte de adentro la cual es muy delgada como un acetato y lo malo es que esta separada de la otra con un especie de esponja tipo fomi y si los lavas los tienes que secar a mano. No se pueden sumergir ni menos pomer al sol o con el simple calor si quedan humedos del elastico pues Todo el vapor queda entre una mica y la otra dejandolos bien empañados. Yo no sabia esto y tuve que quitar la mica por q no entendía porque eataba tan empañados por mas que los limpiaba y descubri eso. La solución fue arancar esa otra mica que va pegada por dentro. Ahora los utilizo asi. Si funcionan para covid 19, son comodos y apesar que son ahumados u obscuros, si se ve bien. Solo no sumergir en cloro ya que se puede dañar la mica, mejor usar sanitizante o solo jaban para no dañar la mica. Vi que alguien comento que se dañaban pero en realidad es que trae otra mica de refuerzo por dentro me imagino ea por si algo te golpea o contra algun impacto. Pero si tienen esa falla de diseño que hay q retirarla por que le pasa el sudory la humedad y quedan empañados por eso mi calificacion

La realidad es que no utilizo por un tiempo prolongado los goggles pero me han servido, tiene vista opaca, son cómodos prácticos y ajustables. Infortunadamente la paqueteria no fue muy buena, las personas que realizaron la entrega no se identificación correctamente y no toman las medidas básicas de prevención contra el COVID, sin mencionar que no querían entregarme mi producto hasta la puerta de mi casa, que por que no estaba en su ruta.
