I really wanted this thing to work like a charm, but alas... it just wasn’t meant to be. When I started using it, it had a rough part near the roller that would “catch” the skin of my finger ... not a big deal, I took a small file and filed it down, no problem but it dropped a star in my rating for poor quality. The usb charger was a plus since I was tired of buying batteries, but with each charge, the time between charges decreased as the batteries would not hold a charge quite as long (stars dropping like flies now). Finally it would not work unless it was hooked up to the usb all the time. And now at 5 months old, it won’t work at all. If I could give it 0 stars I would certainly do that.

no battery cover visable and no diagram or anything online to help. no model number or company info either. Once the battery dies the usb doesn't charge.Mouse worked great until the battery dies then.... who knows.
