Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood-Complete Series

One of my favorite anime series. The discs came in English and i never had a problem with them while I was watching them.

I took a chance on this one because it seems all the counterfeits are region A. Good thing I have a region free player. The packaging looks much better than the fakes I've seen and the discs worked, which is definitely a plus.

Blu-ray region B stands for Bull$***. Every dvd or Blu-ray I've ever bought works perfectly, but this specific one only works in "region B" aka europe Africa and the middle east. What's the point? To F with the consumer. It's in English, there's literally no difference, and no reason for this to be region locked. Region A covers america and Japan. Why? Who's making these decisions? If it works in England, the product is in English, why isn't it playable in america? But I can play a Japanese Blu-ray no problem? WTF! Overall it's a simple problem to fix. I'll just have to download something to my ps4 or buy a region B Blu-ray player. The point is I shouldn't have to. It's in English, not sanscript. English dvd/Blu-ray should be playable in all English speaking countries. Or freaking mark it before I buy it. Saying region B doesn't mean S if I'm not aware what region locks are. You could have said region B means these specific countries only. Instead you just put region B, as if everyone knows what that means. I've bought tons of Blu-ray and DVDs, I've never encountered this problem before in 30 years. Now I might need to buy a completely new Blu-ray player just to watch this one series, which is one of my absolute favorite, which is why I shelled out the money to buy it. And this new player will probably only be able to play this one series. It's Bill$***.

These disks are region locked so you need a multi region dvd player. The globe with a number 2 inside on the box indicates your region code. If you dont a multi region dvd player they are about $30 on amazon. I bought a Lonpoo dvd player and it plays perfectly. They will not play on a standard dvd player.

The set was delivered very fast and in pristine condition. Brotherhood is an absolute staple for any anime fans to own. Came exactly as described and in region B, which was mention in the description, so keep in mind that you will need a region free player if you’re not in that region.

the menu is a bit flimsy to navigate but the anime itself is pretty neat. Follows the manga very well, but skip the first two episodes (more a pilot than anything else) or else you, and even more so ppl who have not read the manga will be very confused.

This is a great for anyone to watch. Its interesting and dramatic and very satisfying. it's especially popular with people who are really into anime. Its considered kind of a beginner show, but a classic and box sets are always fun to own. For the price, its a great buy and it'll get your a good few hours of solid entertainment

All episodes worked, only thing these were not new. I'm sure these were returns cause of the region lock.

The show shipped and arrived within 2 weeks which was faster than I expected. I had read the other reviews about the condition it typically arrived in so I was a bit worried. The package it came in was a little damaged but when I opened up the box everything appeared to be in perfect condition. It is region 2 locked so I thought that was going to be my biggest issue. But I tried it in my PS5 and it let me change my region for the disc drive. Mind you I have a limited amount of changes I can make for it. But I don't typically use the disc drive on it to begin with so it works for me.

Hello,Je ne connaissais pas ce manga et c'est par un pur hasard et une curiosité ponctuelle que je l'ai acquis afin de le classer parmi d'autres mangas que je possède déjà.C'est, au final, une excellente surprise car j'ai visionné l'intégralité en quelques jours tellement le suspense et l'histoire étaient prenants.A peine un épisode terminé que j'entamais le suivant.Sans dévoiler quoi que ce soit de trivial sur Full Metal Alchemist afin de ne pas ' spoiler ' ce petit chef d'oeuvre, je dirais que vous n'allez pas vous ennuyer un instant.L'action est omniprésente dans ce petit bijou et les décors crédibles bien que situés dans un passé industriel rendu contemporain..Vous vous sentirez engagé dans cette aventure au point d'avaler plusieurs épisodes à la suite et de ne pas souffrir de l'attente du développement à venir qui parfois insoutenable, vous maintiendra sur le fil du rasoir..L'histoire est réellement intéressante, l'aventure est omniprésente, les dessins et les couleurs sont bien exécutés et contribuent à maintenir une certaine ambiance,.. bref rien de négatif à dire.Un véritable engagement de résultat de la part des créateurs nippons de ce petit chef d'oeuvre..C'est une belle expérience que j'ai traversé en visionnant ce manga dont seuls les japonais ont le secret de conception..Le coffret quant à lui est correct et classique, similaire à tous les coffrets de qualité de ce genre à ouverture papillon avec accès facilité aux dvd.Voilà pour ce que je pouvais vous en dire..Ce commentaire vous a été utile ? 😺Isidore
