Easy instructions. I love the different settings & how the water doesn't splash everywhere & the water flows into the water drain smoothly with no mess. No pain & the water that squirts in ear is very gentle. East to clean & very easy to pour out water out both sockets when done. Long battery life. My ear felt so much cleaner afterwards!

This device is a great idea. It just doesn’t work. I read the directions; charged the device for hours. The first time I used it, it didn’t work. So, I charged it for hours until the battery light was solid. It worked. Once. I sent an email to the company and never heard back.

Super gross but works really well! It’s amazing how clean your ears feel after using this. Very easy to use, works great! Took some trial and error to feel out how to best use it but once we did it’s been great, even for our kids with sensitive ears!

It has LED lighting, so you can see the ear canal clearly. The silicone tip is very soft and does not hurt the ears. The suction is just right, and the earwax is easily sucked out. The process is particularly safe and comfortable. My family members all say it is good. Now we don’t have to go to the hospital to clean our ears anymore. I highly recommend it!

Where the dryer you barely feel the air for the rest of it it works, but the buttons are hard to get at when you’re using it. It should be on the handle very disappointed

hate having to leave this review, and usually i never do, but this thing was an absolute waste. i was very excited from purchase to point of delivery, especially after having read all these positive reviews, but after having used it for just 10 seconds i immediately figured that this is a piece of junk. not only did it feel very uncomfortable it also left me with now having a swimmers ear due to all that water gushing into it. again, it was super uncomfortable, didn't knock anything loose, and felt like doing more harm than good. the blowing feature as well, very uncomfortable, very loud and just doesn't feel right. this thing is going back and i would advise not to waste your time and money for an item that does more bad than good. my left ear still is suffering today (2days later) from swimmers ear. all positive reviews are a big questionmark to me. even the manual was horribly translated from chinese to english. overall just NO
