I play in an acoustic sort of 'unplugged' band and have the Meinl Cajon kit, the 'snare' that came with the kit is a bit plinky plonky and isn't a familiar snare sound both to us in the band and the audiences, this little drum IS a familiar snare sound and is frankly amazing, it does play with slightly timbale overtones to the snare sound but that's fine in my acoustic-driven band - very well designed and made with good solid metalwork as expected from Meinl. a superb addition to my kit and has impressed me enormously, I nearly bought an LP wooden Cajon snare but the reviews of it made me think again and I spotted this. Recommended to any drummer looking for a fast responsive snare sound from a little drum in an acoustic setting. Literally delivered overnight so so using it today at a festival gig - well done Meinl and Amazon

Piccolo ma adatto a più esigenze! Qualità del suono non ottima, non troppo acuto, utilizzabile sia per i lanci nel chachacha che per gli accompagnamenti nel Danzon (se accordato più basso). Non ingombra, è leggero.. insomma lo consiglio per chi vuole qualcosa di piccolo e facilmente trasportabile, e che non sia troppo acuto

Den Snareteppich habe ich gleich abgeschraubt, da ich den Artikel als reines Timbal verwende. Ich habe zwei davon, über meinen Toms installiert. Dieser erfrischende blecherne obertonreiche Sound ist eine große Bereicherung in meinem Schlagzeug. Dem Konkurrenzprodukt der Firma LP um ein Vielfaches überlegen.
