Very useful for those that need it. Robust construction. My use was old telephone lines and LAN Cables. Easy to find reevant wires and trace faults. Highly recommended.

I bought this product around 5 months or so ago and really do love it. I work for a cable company so am often outdoors trying to trace cable, many toners I have found do not tone through waterproof casing over most of the cables I need to find, this is one of the few that does and it is also very accurate in comparison to many of the alternatives. I have been provided with various alternatives from my employer but none work as well as this for me. The only issue I have had with this is that as I work out in the rain fairly often, there has been a couple of occasions where it has got so wet that it has been out of action for days at a time presumably due to water on the speaker causing both the battery to drain even when it is not in use and also prohibiting the probe from working at all while that is going on. This has happened twice to me but both times it seems to have recovered after being left to dry for a week or so but as you can imagine it is pretty inconvenient when this has happened.Most people of course won't be using this in an outdoor environment in which case this would be the best option for you without a doubt.

I’ve had a couple of these and have lent them to other guys in the company. They leave and I don’t get them back so I guess they are pretty good. Don’t lend it out... you may not get it back. I last tried a fluke version and didn’t work near as well. Save yourself some money and frustration, just go with this one.

I had a Greenlee 200 EP-G Probe that had the battery clip break off recently. In my line of work, the Tone Probe is a crucial tool in my line of work, so I was happy to find one at a reasonable price on Amazon. I took the plunge and within a week I had my replacement. Verified it was the same model probe that I had used and took her for a test drive. Works like a charm. Never leave my office without it. This thing saved my bacon so many times I can hardly count. It's definitely made my job a lot easier.

No se le puede pedír más. El generador de tono es fácil de utilizar.
