I have a domestic shorthair. He doesn't have a lot of fur to shed but it does catch strays. I use it every few weeks and it makes his coat very soft.

Our Russian blue loves it! It’s small, great for travel or home. Well made and not too rough. 6/10 for hair collection but thats not what the brush if for.

I was using three different brushes/combs trying to get ALL the loose hair left behind, and this does the job very well! The kitties really love it as well. It leaves their coat so very soft. I have an almost 18 yo kitty black and white and her double coat is so shiny now, and less work for her! My Silver Tabby falls asleep when I brush him with this. It's firm but still soft, it's more relaxing than raking comb. I really love how it picks up all the loose hairs!

The only thing I'm not crazy about is it's a bit small. I thought it would be a little bit larger for my little 6 pounder. It's fine for my 12 pounder it should larger. I am replacing one that I had for many, many years.Which was larger than this however the bristles were not natural

My old girl is frail and doesn't have much fat or muscle left on her, so regular slicker brushes are no good for her anymore. She does not like them, even as much as I tried to avoid going over her bony areas. She has stopped grooming herself long ago so wipes and the occasional bath are necessary, but after she had gotten matted so badly back a while ago, I had to find something to help keep the mats at bay after we got them shaved.This brush is super soft and gentle. She doesn't mind the strokes going over her spine or hips. Of course she lets me know when she's had enough, but it's helping me to keep her fur looking like when she was a young girl.The card that comes with the brush tells you that when you first get it, it will lose some bristles. So before I used it, I held it over the waste basket and just ran my thumb over it until I felt like enough had come out, just so it wouldn't be shedding so much elsewhere. That seemed to work pretty well because it hasn't really lost any bristles as I've been using it. It only seems like a lot come out, but the brush is pretty dense and well made. I'm glad the card came with it explaining the bristle loss.

Brush is soft and my cat actually likes it, however it doesn't do much in terms of brushing out the fur. It does not get down to the under coat so after a few minutes of brushing there was almost no fur in the brush.

Very soft cat brush, I Love how it doesn't pull my cats hair. Easy to pull the hair off the brush. My cat Loves it. Totally recommend

Our cat loves this brush!! Shes a big girl and struggles to groom herself, it’s soft and no harsh plastic bristles like other brushes this is more to use daily! (4 stars Only downside it’s small, wish they offered a larger option.)

Both of my cats LOVE being brushed with this brush. They haven't previously loved the pin style brushes, but they absolutely love this one! It removes a surprising amount of fur, and leaves them so silky soft and happy!
