Tons of bang for the buck!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I saw this on an influencer's page and was pretty impressed with their review, but was skeptical of the quality. I decided to take a chance on the Hohem vs the DJI and I was not disappointed!Value for money:For the dollars I spent, I received a LOT of gimbal! this model is super user friendly and packs a ton of features into a small package. I really cant believe I got this for this price!

Great product and great service. I highly recommend
This is a really great product that I enjoy using very often. If you don't have steady hands and would like to video nice smooth footage, then this is the product for you at a very reasonable price. I did have an issue with it four months after the purchase and to my delight their exceptional customer service dept too good care of my very promptly and without delay. Once I contacted them all I had to do was provide them with Amazon receipt, serial number and a couple of photos. They sent me a USPS label to return the unit and once they received it, they shipped out a replacement for me right away.I like to give credit when credit is due and they did not disappoint!

Good quality
The media could not be loaded. Initial review is that it seems to work well with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Only complaint is that there isn’t enough space between the handle and the bottom of my phone to plug in a wireless mic without offsetting the balance. I’ll have to find a mic doesn’t protrude as much, or a different gimbal

Spend more money on a better product.
The media could not be loaded. I really wanted this to work. I was very disappointed in what I purchased. This Hohem model let me down at one of the most important times. I was trying to obtain a priceless video of my daughter and her grandmother being baptized at church on video and this product completely let me down in the middle of the ceremony. The Hohem began to go crazy doing all kinds of spins and turns and I was not pressing any buttons or anything. I completely destroyed the shot by putting faith in this product. I don’t know if I needed to put more money on a more premium model or if I just made a mistake by choosing Hohem in general. I’m so disappointed.

Everything as described!! Pretty excited to set up and use
So far everything is as described. I just opened it and its a little bit heavier than I thought, however its really cool , im charging it now and once I use I'll update , but so far I am very satisfied

Easy to use
It's easy to use and I live it! I do a lot of house tours and it makes the video smooth. I wish the buttons still worked when you are filming outside the app. Other than that its a great tool.
