These shoes run really small. I have a narrow foot and ordered the size EU40/ US 8.5 and they fit more like a size US 7. Shoes I received said size 40. I own shoes in EU 39 and 40, so the size conversion there isn't the issue. Sadly they didn't have the large size I needed so I just had to return them. However, if you can get the correct size, these shoes are super cute and seemed good quality for the price. The buckle issue people mention is just them not knowing how to use it. It's made so that you can quickly take the shoe on and off without having to unbuckle it every time. It's common on these kinds of cute shoes from Asia and you can probably look up how the work online if you don't get it from looking at them. :)

First I'd like to say that somehow I missed that this product is coming directly from China. I would have said absolutely not had I realized. So it took almost 3 months to receive. Upon receiving, they're very cheaply made. You cannot adjust the strap over the foot so the hardware is simply for looks and the strap is very loose. They're stiff and uncomfortable.

The shoes are quite lovely; they are exactly what I've been looking for. I was a bit worried about how they fit after reading a couple of reviews that said they were two sizes too small. After placing my order, I did contact the seller to send me one size larger than what I normally wear, and the shoes fit just right. Of course, since they are brand new they are a little stiff, but that will take some wear to get them perfect.

There was no buckle on the side of each shoe. Didn't have time to send back, so I removed the strap from each shoe. Only wear occasionally, but very cute shoes.

Cute shoe, and decent quality, but sizing is not accurate. My daughter wears a size 6 and normally has plenty of room to spare. I did order one size up due to reviews that stated they run small. These arrived bearing a sticker stating "Size 38" (or in other words, US Size 7); however, she couldn't even get her feet into them. I will exchange them for a 40 (US Size 8.5) and we'll give it one more shot. But this is like rolling the dice and just hoping to get close.Also, some other points for consideration. The heel is narrow which my daughter needs, but may not work for everyone. The toe box is a bit narrower than she would prefer and in my opinion a bit on the narrow side in general. So if you have wider feet or simply like a loose comfortable fit, these are probably not for you.Additionally, the strap connection system is a bit wonky. We had hoped there would be velcro under the buckle/strap for a quick, easy, flexible closure system, but not so. And it is definitely not a traditional buckle as it appears to be. Instead, there is some kind of hook attached to elastic on the side of the shoe that I guess is supposed to hook through the underneath side of the buckle which is attached to the end of the strap. I have personally never seen anything like it, and am unsure if it will stay in place with lots of movement. However, since we are having an impossible time finding a white dress mary-jane-style shoe for an adolescent-aged girl, we're going to see what happens!

I'm using these for a cosplay and they're very comfortable.
