Very well made. Fit a 15.5 lb dog. Follow the measuring instructions they provide and it will fit. Saw customers remarks when they bought other companies product and no body was satisfied. Those products were made overseas. Faded colors, seams coming apart, sizes not fiting etc. That is what you get when you don't buy American.
