Amazing Bottle

Best Shaker Bottle!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased two of these, one for myself and one for my husband. They are excellent quality. They keep drinks cold. They hold our premade protein shakes, plus additional water and collagen powders. They mix the powder in well. I’ve only noticed a time or two where it didn’t mix well, but honestly, that may have been more user error not shaking it promptly after adding the powder. I wash the lid and the mixing ball in the dishwasher and hand wash the bottle. You do have to watch out for the seal in the lid, because sometimes it falls out. I like the lid locking mechanism. With past shakers, if I didn’t get the lid on quite right, it would open, and my shake would go everywhere. The lid locking mechanism is a nice feature to make sure that doesn’t happen. I highly recommend getting this over a complete plastic one if you’re interested in reducing the use of plastic in your home.

Defective + no support
Unfortunately I was given a defective bottle that leaked. When I tried to resolve it directly with the seller, after sending videos and photos verifying my purchase, I was told to buy a new cap because the "gasket was missing"-- but this was the exact product I received on amazon. I'd never taken out a gasket. When I inquired as to who was responsible for the missing gasket, they never replied.

LOVE IT. P.S. Can't use with HOT LIQUIDS
I love it sooo much! The only thing that was different to me is the lid lock feature, which I LOVE! It locks when switched to the left. I'm used to righty tighty lol, but there's also a little picture of a lock which is super helpful! Make sure to clean immediately after use to prevent any weird smells, but the metal interior should also help with that? Also, curious as to why we can't use it with hot liquids? Definitely getting another one for work. =)
