Great watch for the price.
I wear this watch every day and find myself looking at it constantly but, not to check the time. It looks great and is very durable. After a month or two there isn't a single scratch anywhere. The band is better quality than it initially seems. It looks good with different colored NATO straps as well. Water resistance is suitable for daily wear. Accuracy is decent, it gains about a minute over a week. Do the math (ouch), that's better than 99.9%.

Great Watch, Exactly as advertised
(So far I've owned the watch for a few months)As soon as I took this watch out of the box it instantly became one of my favorite watches in my small collection. The automatic movement keeps it ticking all day with about a 2 day power reserve. You can also manually wind the crown instead of doing the classic Seiko Shuffle. A good habit is to wake up and just give it a few winds or shakes if you don't plan on wearing it (it becomes almost a tradition). The watch has a bit of weight to it but feels natural on the wrist. One of my favorite things is wearing this watch on Sundays... The day/date window has white text to display the day of the week but on Sundays the text is red giving the watch an extra pop of color for the weekend. The only Con is the stock strap. It's not a huge concern for me since I understand that to keep costs down a subpar strap is typically used. Waiting for a black canvas strap from Barton Bands currently but their green color works perfectly!

Not a screw down crown.
Grate quality, easy to read love the look of this Seiko, however it's a little on the heavy side its not a screw down crown, I wouldn't recommend swimming with this watch but overall grate looking watch to add to my collection.

Seiko Diversity!
I had been looking at the Bottlecap for a while. I wanted a watch that lent itself for a lot of looks. By that I mean, that it could be a watch for many occasions, but not necessarily a work or dress watch. I boiled down to the color ( this watch is available in stainless steel, black with a blue dial, goldish with a brown dial and all black.). I finally settled on the all black. My only hesitation was that other reviewers mentioned that it wears a lot smaller than it's dimensions. I have a large-ish wrist ( 7.2 inches) and I didn't want a bold design, as this watch is, that didn't wear boldly. I took the risk and purchased it. Let me first say that the watch is beautiful and unique as its nickname. The lume is not as bright most Seiko Divers, but definitely bright enough for it to be seen in the middle of the night. Upon my first wear, I could see what others were saying. This watch DOES NOT wear like a 45mm watch! I've seen watches that wear smaller that it's dimensions, but this one takes the cake. My initial reaction reaction was to return it. Not because I didn't like it ( I LOVED it aesthetically) but I just looked smaller than most watches I wear. The fact that I bought the black one didn't help as black further "mutes" the sizing. I'm glad that I took the time to wear it for a few days because it's now become my at home/weekend daily wear. The first thing I did was to get rid of the factory nato strap. It made it look too diminutive on my 7.2 inch wrist. I then bought some bold colored Nato and Zulu straps for it ( see my photos). I went from loving it to REALLY loving it. It just has so much wearability. I haven't put it in water other than the occasional splash from the sink or washing the dog and don't intend to swim with it, though the specs say that I can. I pictures I took are deceiving. Trust me when I say that the watch wears much smaller than it looks in the pictures. With that said, I ultimately realized that the size was fine and I get compliments on it all the time. I've really grown to love the watch. If you have a 6 to a 7 inch wrist, the watch is a no brainer. Great price point and IT'S A SEIKO!!! Get it! It will be a collectors item someday!

Great looking watch for a great price!
This sporty Seiko is everything you would expect from a great brand. The automatic means that you’ll never need batteries. The NATO fabric strap fits a variety of writs sizes and it is easy to read n the daylight or the dark thanks to the lumibright on the hands and hour indices. Simply superb.

Nice looking diver watch!
Received on time, new product with all its packaging. The crown fully operational when setting the time as well as the automatic movement. Date box spanish/english. Good appearance, suitable size for thin wrist. Seiko quality totally recommended. (Not a screw down crown).

This Watch Has No Batteries, It’s An Automatic!
This has quickly become my favorite watch. I am a fan of Seiko 5s. I have 2 from the SNK 80* series which are very good watches for the money. I went out on a limb (spending more than $100 for an everyday watch) in purchasing this and have not in the least been disappointed. Fantastic lum, the NATO strap offers a great deal of flexibility when I wish to be color co-ordinated. I am puzzled however by one reviewer’s comment about the battery on this watch dying too quickly-this watch is an automatic, it has no batteries numb nuts.

You can't beat it for the price.
A beautiful brushed metal case, black dial, automatic movement, and a nice nato band for 250 bucks?Buy one for your collection before they're gone!

Good looking watch in the flesh, does get noticed.
Very nice, lightweight, easy to read watch. I have a visual impairment so this is important. I would like a screw down crown (winder) as I am very wary of water penetration. The strap is nice if it's your style, but you can replace easily enough.

Optisch. macht die Uhr was her. Das Automatikwerk läuft ziemlich exakt. Das Lume ist in der Dunkelheit auch nach längerer Zeit leicht leuchtend zu erkennen. Bisher sehr guter Eindruck. Ich hoffe das bleibt so. Verarbeitung insgesamt Top!

Very nice watch, but WHY not have sapphire glass on it?
Very nice looking watch, lose only 3-5 seconds per day.Only annoying point is that the Hardlex glass is not even close to scratch resistant like sapphire glas. Should be an option.
