Product description, images and summaries are mostly incorrect and mixed up with their other company products. Even on their website there are incorrect descriptions of components included and system specs. Motor and pump were supposed to come with a cooling fan per the website, but it doesn't…..contacted company and they told me the new description was “out of date” but didn't seem to care otherwise and were unwilling to make it right. Blamed it on their “marketing” amazon department. After asking lots of questions was told the pump could only run for 3 hours max or it would overheat, but this is listed as a “commercial” unit and this limitation is nowhere in the description. False and misleading advertising. Went to return the product and read after the fact that return shipping will be deducted and a 25% return stocking fee will be deducted, with is ridiculous considering the false advertising…..so be ready for a fight.
