This Car Dolly Works as Good as the Expensive ones!
I've used this for 5 months back and forth across the country 4x pulling an Acura TSX behind our motorhome. This works great. Was a bit challenging assembling it, but all is well after a couple hiccups. I recommend this car dolly. It works as good as our last one which was a Roadmaster at 4x the price.

Safety Issue
Wheel came off axle during transit on highway. When the USA Trailer Store was notified, there was no concern for our being in a dangerous situation. Store continued to speculate that it was our fault in not assembling correctly. Communication was difficult despite our trying to work out a fix for the issue and incident. Hope they can improve these issues for the future.

Works OK
I have an older model. Looks exactly the same. One issue i have is it is too tall when loading. I drove a Subaru Impreza onto it and the front airdam smashed into the ramp/crossmember. This is not a low car, it is stock and this happens on ALL cars i tow around this height. An outback or forester is fine, but anything lower slams into the crossmember and destroys the airdam. I now have to carry 5ft ramps to put onto of the existing ramps to soften the angle of approach. In a pinch, i stack a bunch of 2x4s in front of the ramps and on the ramps in front of the cradle. 2x4s on the ground in front of the ramps is not enough. The turnbuckle for the straps requiring a wrench is a pain. If I forget a wrench, tightening the straps is damn near impossible. I like the other designs that has a built in strap and lever to the front of the dolly(on each side), nothing to forget there. As wide as the dolly is, the fenders can hit and scratch the doors in a tight turn IF you don't center car well. My Subarus aren't that wide, and I make an effort to center them when loading, but the doors have hit and got damaged on occassion.
