Germinating wonderfully!
Item arrived quickly and packaged with care, but I delayed my review a bit to see how these seeds performed. I’ve got a nice bag of beautiful butter crunch leaves in my fridge, trimmed from many healthy plants. I’m set for lettuce through the cold months! Plants are hearty.

Buttercrunch Quality Seeds
We have bought this to use with our aerogarden. Every seed germinated which is very rare for buttercrunch lettuce. The lettuce has a very sweet flavor. These are quality seeds and I highly recommend them for growing your salads.

They started to grow from a seed so quickly!!
The Heirloom non-GMO lettuce started growing from seeds within just a few days after being planted in my new IDOO indoor LED hydroponic seed growing system. They are coming out so strong and with a very healthy deep green. I have never planted vegetables before, and I know I will have to transplant the lettuce before too long in a planter of soil, but I can hardly wait to have homegrown lettuce for my salads and sandwiches.

Works great in hydroponics.
I bought these seeds for my hydroponic machine. They worked great. Germination rate has not been a problem for me and I did not soak my seeds. Typical harvest time in my Idoo was about 20-25 days.

BUTTERLETTUCE....IVY?!?!?! Oh My!!!! UPDATES
Well,.... good day to you -although I’m laughing I can honestly say I am a tad frightened as to what I am actually growing from these seeds I ordered and what effects it could have on my body if I actually ate whatever it is growing . As you can see from the photos (Uploading photos is no longer an option here- not sure why)BUT there’s quite an arrangement of things growing none that I can tell resemble butter lettuce. The only lettuce I consume is butter lettuce and since the pandemic hit- I no longer go to the store so I thought I’d grow my own, here is the outcome this far.I said in my opening statement that I’m actually laughing. The reason for this is it appears I’m growing English Ivy and I thought I could transplant it and grow a plant in the house while I’m socially distancing myself - as a vegan I’d rather eat the greens but growing them to look at has its own benefits such as oxygen. On a more serious note: What am I growing? Is it edible? Toxic? Noxious? You be the judge!UPDATE:Hello again and good day,Finally, this seller / site/ code allowed me to upload some photos as previously this option for this product had not been available for some odd reason-Anyways... here we are down the road from the first review a couple weeks . I did upload photos (Pink hue is from the grow lights)I removed this pot of goodness from my greenhouse as I didn’t know what I was growing and didn’t want to infect my other seedlings.I placed it outside in the pot andI removed the ivy type plants growing (2) from quagmire of things growing and replanted them for cool indoor plants“I KILLED THEM BOTH “1. Probably not saying much about my ability to own a greenhouse if I kill an ivy (okay two) but none the less I give a FIVE STAR rating on the ivy seeds I got. THEY GREW GREAT !2. By some act from the good LordI I went outback to to water the quagmire pot and ——-wait-for-itIS THAT LETTUCE TYPE STUFF ACTUALLY GROWING IN THERE NOW?Yes! Yes it is.... well we actually don’t know what is growing but it looked green and could remember a lettuce leaf.I ATE IT .( I know.... I know what you’re thinking ... those crazy vegans will eat anything (hahaha)I don’t know if it was lettuce or if I will have super powers soon From eating it but I DIDN'T DIE • or get sick. LOOK! Don’t judge —- desperate times/desperate measures and I have not had FREESH greens since December ( the pandemic hit) so I ate it and tried to imagine it was BUTTER-LETTUCE and it worked ,The insular cortex and I tried to go to vegan heaven and kinda shot off into vegan limbo! Conclusion ....If you buy this:You may get lettuce seeds .You may get something else seeds. You may get five star ivy seeds .You may get lettuce and something else seeds. You may grow them. You may transplant and kill them (unintentionally of course ) .You may or may not read up on growing ivy before you order these .You may get beautiful orange flowers seeds. You may think hmmmmm maybe I want to be a vegan (probably not but it’s a possible conclusion) All in all this whole thing could make me mad . I find it reckless HOWEVER this whole situation became insane every new inch of growth that I could NOT find it to be anything but ridiculously random- insane- mind blowing- educational and funny! Material to laugh about is in high demand these days- yet here it is right in front of us!WHEN IN ROME!!!• last two photos is how it looks now- and it comes with a super cool orange flower that just bloomed! What?!?! This gets better everyday- perhaps I’ll change my review to a 1.5This is BUTTERLETTu-SOMETHING ON NITRO!
