If you think gypsy jazz begins and ends with Django Reinhardt, you would be very mistaken.All three of these guys played with Django at one time or another and are equally adept on the guitar.This triple CD only skims the surface of their recordings and purchasers should check out other CD's particularlyon Hot Club Records. I can thoroughly recommend this CD package. Fremeaux and Associes are to be congratulatedin producing this package along with the booklet. It is on a par with 20 volume Django collection.

I found reference to this CD set on a radio programme and decided to buy it without any knowledge of the Ferret brothers. The producers of the set have included an excellent explanatory booklet which adds to the enjoyment of listening to these original performers of French gypsy jazz.
